Dislikes: stayed several times and half the time we’ve had to have maintenance work on our malfunctioning heater. Heaters are loudest I’ve experienced in any hotel. Trash on balconies every time we’ve been there. Missing blackout curtain twice (same room), even though we told them about the problem after first visit. Rooms are showing their age, needs upkeep. You have to beg to get extra coffee-they give you two k cups at a time, so you have to ask for more each day. Loud dog kennel close by-hear dogs barking all day. Handicap lift by pool has bare wires sitting in water at its base. Not what I’d expect for an expensive room. Likes: mostly nice staff, nice pool. Pretty location.

Well run, but bed comforter had a huge red what looked like a menstrual stain. It was washed but visible enough my kids did not want to use the comforter.

I was here for a birthday party. It was a very quiet hotel and the curtains in the room did a great job blocking light which was important since our flight landed at midnight. It’s conveniently near the highway and has several walkable restaurants. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was also great. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. We found three peanut M&M’s under our beds. The handrail into the pool had a lot of algae on it. The exercise bikes all wreaked of sweat like no one is cleaning them. I would stay here again, but I would probably bring wipes.

Not worth the price. We’ve stayed there 4 times and each time we’ve had issues. One time we checked in and when we opened the door to our room, we discovered the room was partially cleaned, bedding hadn’t been changed-had to get another room. Two other times we had a malfunctioning heater and had to have maintenance come work on them. And the heaters in general are the loudest I’ve heard in any hotel. We’ve found dirty cups and cigarette butts on our balcony every time. I’m pretty sure housekeeping doesn’t even look at the balconies. There’s a dog kennel near by, so during the day you can hear dogs barking if your room has windows facing that direction. One of our rooms had a missing blackout curtain, so we had to wake up with the sun, as it was an east facing room. We reported the issue on checkout and ended up getting the same room the following week and the curtain was still not replaced. For nearly $200/night, I’d expect more.

First time in Issaquah and Seattle area. Love the hotel: clean, quiet, and beautiful place. Service is good. Room service everyday is better than every other day and provide clean bathroom mat or towel in bathroom floor to avoid slipping.

Never stayed at a Hilton that charged for continental breakfast. $10 per person for oatmeal and some fruit is bold considering there’s an IHOP a half mile down the road. Room was otherwise clean and quiet. They could improve on their lack of service when you are eating breakfast, only got one small cup of coffee and waitress only came by once to drop off our check.

I wanted to relax on NYE and this was a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. Good food from the restaurant. Clean, quiet hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the limited selection for tv channels.
