Hôtel rénové récemment propre et avec de bonnes prestations. Plage privée. Jolie piscine et jacuzzi. Il faut savoir que le petit dej est un pickup qu’on commande la veille. Ça ne nous a pas déranger. La coupe de champagne à l’arrivé a été bien appréciée

Bonne étape avec de belles piscines
Emplacement super avec une vue exceptionnelle de la chambre sur la mer et la piscine. Décor de rêve le long de la plage avec de nombreux palmiers.Chambres refaites, spacieuses avec de beaux matériaux. Problèmes d’algues sur la plage qui la rend peu utilisable pour la baignade mais les deux piscines compensent cela. Petit déjeuner constitué de produits sous sachets à commander la veille et pas terribles.

L hôtel est en bord de route extrêmement bruyant. On entend également les personnes parler sans la chambre voisine Les lits sont minuscules Le balcon était dégoûtant Il n y a aucun espace commun ni bar ni salon Le petit déjeuner vous est donné dans une boîte en carton , à consommer dans la chambre ou dehors ou vous pouvez .

This was my first time in the Keys and this hotel did not disappoint. The property is beautiful, staff is super friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if you’re planning on checking out other islands. Islamorada is just under 2 hours from Key West so it’s easily drivable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds. No restaurant on site but 2 are next door - no need to drive. Great beach. An area to walk out into the ocean with no plant life. Many of the beaches have plant life inside of clear sand. Kayaks and paddle boards to use free. A couple pools. Could use a refresh on the cleanup around the pool more than once a day but very relaxing and quiet. Upstairs units - stairs are wide and not steep. Easy if this would be an issue for you.

I liked the location of the property. The room was nice only the room could be joint with the none besides and the door was not isolating sound for anything. My partner is suffering from ptsd and was sounding like the people next door were inside our room so she was starteld quite a bit. We also had the misfortune that on the other side of our room there were guest who desided to take there dog on holiday and leave it in the hotelroom al day. The poor animal was crying non stop.

The rooms were very nice, recently updated and very clean. The staff are very helpful. In order to minimize the noise, you should ask for an oceanfront room. Anything near route one is noisy, and there is nothing you can do about accepted distance yourself from there.

Photos of the room we booked which was garden view were not really garden view more like parking lot view, however, we were "upgraded" to a villa anyways. The "villa" was at the back of the property which was right up against the main road. Incredibly noisy all day and night. Absolutely horrible place for a room and right next to the garbage and housekeeping area. No bar service at all just a guy selling a few types of beers. They have no liquor license. Not a vacation spot in the keys. Will not be back.

Very clean and updated property...convenient to get to any of the othet keys...love Wahoos next door to eat ..staff was very nice..its right on the ocean. Really great gem that was peaceful and i slept like a baby in their comfortably beds. I will definitely return.

The room was nice but definitely not worth the 500 and some dollars per night. I was woken up early by that God awful beeping sound that moving machinery makes. To make it even worse, it went on all day for each of the 2 days we were there. Apparently maintenance was being done on the soffits. The room air conditioner sounded like a train. The beds squeaked every time you moved. I also woke up both mornings with bites all over my legs. Bedbugs? I’m not sure but I did inform management to check out the room. I don’t believe I would stay there again after this experience. It frankly was hugely over priced for what you got.

The hotel is super convenient location and right on the beach. We were disappointed that We had to wait until 4 pm to get into our room. We called for early check in but they kept saying call back. We never got early check in. When my daughter was playing in the pool she scraped her knee on the broken tiles!!! How can you have a “resort” and charge $350 a night and have broken tiles in the pool in multiple areas. The pool floor is slippery as well! The pool was HOTTTTT. It was not refreshing… my 4 year old daughter that gor her knee cut by the tile in the pool kept saying the pool felt like a huge warm bath! My son slipped on the outside flooring because it’s slick! Very disappointed in the pool miantenance.

This is my first time on the property since the remodel. It was a great stay and very clean. Love what they did with the place. The staff was great, super attentive, and super nice. The price for the hotel was great for what you get. And better than other hotels in the area which do not look as good as this. The only item I would like to see improved is the boat dock area. They should put some funds into this area so people can park their boats temporarily. I have booked my Memorial trip already and will be back. :)

We only stayed for one night while traveling on our way to Key West. The property was absolutely beautiful. We utilized the pool and the hot tub, and also the game area out by the beach. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was large and included all necessary toiletries. I wish we were staying longer than one night!

Our ocean front room was awesome! The views were spectacular. The entire staff was so polite and helpful. If I had to say one negative comment the breakfast was very week. The gentleman who ran the breakfast more than made up for it with his personal charm. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

My husband and I stayed 1 night in a VILLA . It was awesome from the kitchen to the bedroom to the bathroom . Super clean , excellent quality from top to bottom . Would definitely stay there again
