First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to send us your concerns. Regarding the noise coming from next door last Friday, unfortunately, it was out of our hands because it was a private party in the property next door. We are really sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.We are committed to following all necessary procedures to ensure that all of our rooms are maintained in good condition. Every time we receive a guest in one of our units, we thoroughly sanitize the condo, wash all sheets and all sheets are replaced for fresh ones (including the mattress encasement). Additionally, we have a regular spray program for pest control that is carried out consistently in all of our condos. However, we have just conducted a detailed inspection of the beds and found no traces that indicate the presence of bedbugs.Regards.
