« The condo was very nice! The pool was always dirty and the back to the ocean smelled very bad, the back was where the people that would sell food cooked and I guess that’s where they would also throw away there garbage but it made the back of the property smell bad, and every night a lot of prostitutes would hang around that spot. But the condo was very nice unfortunately it has these problems. »

« There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. « Very nice condo in the Laguido district, the view in all directions was amazing.. We were apparently some of the first guests due to the complete lack of amenities in the kitchen like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and cooking staples. We asked for a toaster and coffee maker which were quickly supplied. We were very disappointed that the pools were closed at 6PM. »

« I will be nice and start with what was good. The area is a great area to live in and the swimming pool is alright. That's it. Now for the bad things... It was not very clean. « Host was punctual and easily accessible when contacted prior to and end of stay. Apartment was exactly as advertised with modern appliances and furniture. Quiet neighborhood, 5-minute walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Me and my friends felt extremely safe during our stay. We will be back soon and book again with this host. »

« Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait des sous-vêtements sales sous les draps de bain propre dans le garde-robe. Nous avons appelé le gestionnaire et il est venu faire le ménage dans un délai très court (moins de 15 minutes) mais heureusement que mon conjoint parle espagnol sinon pas certaine que j’aurais eu un bon service. Il y a un gardien de sécurité pour ouvrir la porte mais il dort pratiquement toujours et autant le matin que le soir, on semble le déranger et on doit cogner dans la porte...
