Everything was great at the hotel very nice remodel. The food service down in the lobby had a great variety but is very overpriced a small cup of drip coffee is five dollars and they don’t even give you a refill, disappointed in being nickel and dime on things like that after having such a great experience.

Great stay for one night, beautifully remodeled yet still under slight renovation. Miriam was very kind at check in. The market place in the lobby was very convenient, clean, and spacious. The market place had numerous drink and snack selections, food is also really good. The room itself was spacious, beds were very comfortable, room comes with a mini fridge and a coffee maker, no microwave (microwave is located in the lobby at the market place). Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I didn't like how the hotel charges $40 for self parking! That should be included. That's something you won't know till you check in. Keep that in mind!

I was in a tough spot needing immediate shelter with myself and three children. We’ve stayed many times at Hyatt hotels and have never been so dissatisfied. From the moment that I pulled up and was greeted by the valet attendant..I knew I had made a mistake in booking here. He let me know that I was parked in the VIP area and if I wasn’t going to pay $47 to valet park that I needed to pull up and wait on the side of the loading zone to self park for $40 a night. Mind you, I’m exhausted, have a car full of kids and belongings and we weren’t parked in a proper spot at 9 pm at night. Upon check in, the front desk woman was very dry, basic, didn’t explain anything and was just overall unpleasant. I was so tired,we managed to find the self parking lot behind the hotel and drag all of our belongings inside and up to the 5th floor because I wasn’t about to ask for assistance from the valet attendant. There isn’t even carts for me to use. They had to assist which would isn’t an issue except I had no cash on me for a tip. Like I said I’ve stayed at many Hyatt hotels and this one is NOT for families. This is a business hotel with zero amenities. The place was under construction and the pool is closed until June. The price should reflect that but it doesn’t. Breakfast is NOT included and is a little market with very limited selections of food that is beyond overpriced. The rooms have 3 towels, no storage at all, an extra small mini fridge, and no extra linens or even a bottle of water!

there was no indication that i’d have to pay $40 for parking and $46 to valet. super pricey and not something affordable for low/middle class income. they also would not let me use a trolly on my own which is annoying if you have pets and/or children. the “restaurant” wasn’t a restaurant. it was more like a fast food dine out experience.

My issue with this property is the cleanliness. When I got my room, I called front desk and told them that the room was not clean. I asked them to focus on the bathroom, BUT I did say that the ROOM was not clean. So, when I came back, I noticed that the bathroom cleaning was just surface level. AND the hand print on the window, the food crumbs on the couch were still there. The cleaning is VERY surface level, they don't even change the bed sheets. I am not sure they even change the used towels. The same towels that I used were folded and put back to their original place. Overall the cleanliness issue really pissed me off because I was staying at THE HYATT and it was EXPENSIVE. Obviously, there are no refund options. So, this is a warning to all my germaphobes out there or to anyone who cares about sleeping in a clean room. That said, the front desk were very nice and considerate. Especially Miriam, she even gave me a refillable water bottle.
