It sounds like you had a pleasant stay overall! It's great to hear that the staff were friendly and helpful, and that your room was clean with a lovely balcony/patio. However, I understand your frustration with the outdated TV and the lack of smart casting or a TV guide channel. It seems like the hotel could improve in that aspect to enhance the guest experience. It's also helpful to know about the parking situation for future guests, although it's unfortunate that it comes at an additional cost. Hopefully, despite these minor inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy your time at the courtyard/pool area. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
