Je recommande cet hôtel
Découverte de la ville en famille. Bon accueil à notre arrivée, mais dommage que la chambre soit prête à 15h, nous avons l'habitude de voyager et nos chambres sont souvent prêtent vers 12h.ce qui est appréciable, quand le séjour est court, même si cela avait été indiqué à la réservation. Personnel à l'écoute. Établissement proposant des prestations haut de gamme ( sauna,hammam) ce qui est agréable après une journée de promenade en ville.

RAS... tout était parfait...
Pour y dormir confortablement, prendre le petit déjeuner ( buffet super bien garni !...) et la voiture au garage la nuit, c'était super !... Juste un petit couac avec la connexion wifi... IPhone => OK, les autres => PAS OK (?)

Good hotel but far from the centre
Good hotel we had a familly room which was big and clean. The hotel is far from the centre, the neighbourhood is not very nice giving a bad image of innsbruck. Better cross the nearby bridge to reach a nicer place.

Usine a domir, restauration industrielle.
Il s'agit d'un hotel sans charme ou tout est "calibré" , une usine a dormir avec des chambres tout juste dans la moyenne mais une bonne literie. La restauration est déplorable de malbouffe industrielle. La cuisine doit se limiter à des refrigerateurs remplis des sceaux de nourriture des quelques mets traditionnels présents à la carte. Un conseil évitez à tout prix. Le petit dej est correct mais là aussi rien de frais, je pense au Müesli mélangé au fromage blanc entre autre. Pour autant tout le personnel était parfait de gentillesse.

Architecture originale en face du stade olympique.Grande chambre avec un dressing séparé.Lits confortables.Wifi excellent au 10eme étage.Un peu excentré,il faut rejoindre le centre ou la gare à pied(20mn )ou en bus( J pour le centre ).Restaurant Wok à droite en sortant. Ski : Navette gratuite pour Axamer Lixum à 8h45 et 10h15,pour les autres stations il faut prendre la navette de 8h45 et changer de bus à la gare routière donc trajet plus long

Dirty, Stinking, Stained Bedrooms!
Where do I start? Stained walls, stained ceilings, stained carpets, mouldy window frames, electric sockets hanging out of wall, no utensils or plates in kitchenette, light bulbs not working, heading not working, fixtures loose, stained sofa. An absolute disgrace. The breakfast was great though.......

Overpriced and underwhelmed
For the cost of this hotel, I was not impressed. It was average at best. The bed was made with a flat sheet so it came untucked as soon as you got into bed, which is so annoying. The room was very warm (December) despite the heat being turned off, which left us having to open the window to sleep. The housekeeping staff entered the room AS they were knocking, despite the DND sign hung. The bathroom was nice and it had great water pressure. I found the check-in staff quite helpful with navigating the buses, etc. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the Old Town, which was fine since I love walking. There is a very convenient bus close to the hotel.

For a 4 Star property, this was poor. The carpets were stained. The walls were scraped and dirty. The coffee maker leaked water when you used. The maid service was the worst. They fluffed the bed and that’s about it. Did not refresh the coffe pods, left the dirty coffee cups out, wiped nothing in the bathroom. Basically nothing. The man behind the bar was very sarcastic to me and unprofessional. He told me he was charging me 1 Euro for a fork or spoon when I asked for one. And then laughed about it. For the money I paid $1500 for 4 nights — I expect more. This was poor! The breakfast was the only saving grace. It was very nice and the people working there were nice.

I booked a king bed but got two twins. I tried calling reception many times to ask questions but no one ever answers the phone. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Many stains on the carpet and walls. The bathroom was quite nice though. The safe did not work, and showed "low battery" but there was no one available to fix it and no alternative was offered. Sadly it was a pretty spartan average hotel.

Where to start? It was one of the worst experience at all I had in a hotel. At arrival the check-in was unfriendly and stressed. After I entered the room, I noticed that the room was not really clean at many spots, which you would expect for a hotel in this price class (around 140 euros a night without parking 15 Euros and Breakfast 18 Euros!). Furthermore there was no soap in the room, instead I found a small bottle of body lotion (??) next to the sink. So instead I needed to climb into the shower to use the shower gel when I wanted to wash my hands. I tried later the television which did not work, so I reported it to the reception and the lady answered that someone will come up to my room in about 20 minutes to check on it, because they were to “busy” at the moment. But no surprise no one ever came up to my room. The cherry on the pie was that they withdraw the city tax (2 Euros) twice from my credit card! After several phone calls and emails with the hotel until today they refuse to refund me the extra deduction! Even though I provided them with pictures of my credit card bill, they still deny everything. I felt not a second as valued guest during my stay and even after my visit while arguing about 2 (!!) Euros. So I strongly advice, choose another hotel in Innsbruck. If you anyways choose to stay there, make sure to check your credit card bill after the visit for any extra deductions!

The building looks very modern, but the room we had welcomed us with a dirty carpet and aging sofas that need reupholstering. the roll out sofa bed was wretched, hard springs poking through and saggy. The washroom was clean and big. the master bedroom was good with comfortable beds. Did not purchase the breakfast. Staff were helpful in finding another room, but it was smaller so we stayed with the one we have. travelling with three.

Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto und komfortable Busverbindungen. Sehr schön war die Terrasse im 11. Stock und sehr praktisch war die kostenlose Welcome Card. Die Gebühren für die Tiefgarage sind zu hoch, da kann man wesentlich günstiger in der grünen Zone parken. Nutzt man an Sonn- und Feiertagen den kostenlosen Parkplatz der nahegelegenen Firma, wird das Parken noch günstiger.

情報に書いてある、小型冷蔵庫、ドライヤーは存在しませんでした。小型冷蔵庫を用意するとフロントでもメールでも約束してくれたにも関わらず、最終日になっても果たされませんでした。中心部への交通の便はとても良いですが、ラウンジの方やフロントの方も気さくなだけにざんねんでした。

Een heel fijn hotel, schitterend gelegen aan de rand van de stad. Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanaf de hoger gelegen etages of op het dak bij de ontbijtruimte. Geweldig ontbijt. Met de bus slechts 2 haltes tot de hauptbahnhof. Van daaruit slechts enkele minuten tot in de oude stad. Dit hotel heeft 3 sterren, 4 sterren is zeker op zijn plaats,

Not great for the cost per night.
The hotel did not live up to the standards in the photo. The carpets were stained, the walls were scuffed, and there were broken tiles in the bathroom. The lights in my bathroom were very dim. Additionally, the mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable ( super firm mattress with scratchy sheets & very flat pillow). When asked if they had extra pillows, we were told no. The breakfast was just fine compared to other places I have stayed in Innsbruck. Not the best place if you want to be within walking distance of the town center. For the cost per night, they certainly could invest in the appearance and comfort of the hotel. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
