The front desk spoke limited English, rooms were small and bathroom tiny. It was like pulling teeth to get enough towels for our family of 4. The toilet was not sealed to the ground and the shower head leaked

We arrived during a blizzard and they were very nice. Pool was really nice, breakfast was ok other than they ran out of some things and weren’t restocking very quickly. Hotel was clean. They do not have an elevator so carrying baby stuff up and down wasn’t easy. They did have one guy on staff help us carry it up when we arrived. Overall good stay!

My heat didn't work i had to change rooms and when they did change my room i was rite next to the backbdoor witch was extremely loud

I searched and found the cheapest hotel in the area. This was it so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the room- it was modern, new, and spotless. There is ample parking with lots of exits so accessing ,my room was easy and convenient every time. The free breakfast wasn't worth the money, lol. The pool was closed- it is indoors and it is winter. I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff is minimal but competent. I will return. For way under a hundred bucks, I'm good with this place. Again, the room was great. Plenty of towels and no issues with the bathroom. The bed was good too. The place shows upkeep. No sketchy factor at all.

Hands down the worst experience my family has had at a hotel. On the Expedia web site it says that there is a pool. We walk in to find that its not open and refused to give us a refund. The staff was extremely rude about it did not want to help at all. Terrible way to rum a business!

Arrived about 11PM on a Thursday night. Well lit parking area, lobby very clean, desk clerk alert and helpful. Room was spacious, king size bed comfortable, room also very clean. Waffle, eggs, sausage and orange juice for breakfast. Very nice looking swimming pool (didn’t use). Check out was easy. Very good value for the money. I will stay here again.

There are two Quality just a few feet from each other. I went to the wrong one first. The hair dryer didn't function. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Service was okay.

The microwave in our room did not work. There was some partying and smoking right outside our room. Breakfast during the week was not good. The pool was cold. W rented 3 rooms (we were there for a funeral); and one of the rooms smelled like stale tobacco smoke.
