Beau week-end!
Belles chambres spacieuses dans un emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville. L'éclairage des chambres est toutefois trop faible et il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres. Très confortable, grande salle de bain et un deuxième lavabo qui est très commode à l'extérieur de la salle de bain.

Huge room, comfortable bed, quiet for downtown and well located for everything I needed. Will stay again for sure. I do think that for the room rate you could probably stretch to providing the comp water "per night" rather than per stay!

Great staff... however, the property was not the best. We saw the same mounds of garbage piled around the cans in the parking garage over 2 days. Pool had no towels. Toilet flushed so hard it splashes water all over the seat and floor. Using hot water in the bathroom made the walls shake like a train coming through the room. Room windows were perhaps never cleaned. Parking garage did not work with room key, and when leaving the garage, you must use a room key that also didn't work. Called the front desk twice before someone came out to lift the gate. Literally 15 minutes later and were able to leave the garage.

Beautiful and spacious room
The room was comfortable. The shower gel dispenser was empty. We requested it be filled. It wasn’t filled during our stay. The sink drain needed cleaned out. It was very slow draining. We notified them so they could clean after our stay. Other than those 2 things, we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Our room temperature rose to over 80 degrees over the night. Maintenence came in the morning but then we checked out. 2 very small trash cans. How do we clean up with that? Toilet very loud when flushed

Hilton Is Not A Quality Name Here...
Hilton, a brand that is normally associated with 5 star quality, was tragically lacking at this Indianapolis location. The valets had to be coaxed into interacting with us, the sheets in the room had stains, supplies were not filled in the bathroom, and most amenities were broken. While talking with other guests who were dedicated Hilton customers, it was revealed that this location is quite possibly the worst one that they had stayed at. I myself have stayed at Hampton by Hilton, and overall, that brand offers a much happier experience. For a two or three star hotel brand, I would happily give a generous review. However, with a name associated with quality luxury, this hotel delivered anything but.

Quite possibly the best hotel check-in I’ve ever experienced. The desk agent was exceptional and made the process extremely fast and anticipated needs. Rooms were extremely clean. Haven’t had this level of service since pre-Covid.
