The white comforter on one of my two queen beds had a faded red stain on it. It looked like dried blood from a while ago. The elevator seemed to be a little old and rickety, but the overall size of the room was nice, and it had a decent sized refrigerator. The staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was just so-so, And the waffle maker was not working properly. Also, the area where you get your food is a small room, resulting in long lines of people waiting to get eggs and sausage.

Semi truck parking was close. Our window looked right out at the truck parking area, nice to be able to keep an eye on it. Very clean. Staff were all friendly and ready to help with all needs. Breakfast was awsome, and they didn't complain when we had seconds or even thirds. This will be our to go place whenever we need to stay in Fernley Nevada. Thankyou for the exceptional service. Recently renovated and one of the best options in the area for the price. Fairly clean. Bed sheets worn out but clean. Clean bathroom and room. Decent breakfast. Pool was open until 9pm but since website said 10pm the front desk let us use the pool till 10pm. The tile in the pool area needs repainting and the pool is small . But for the price very decent. Elevator had slightly moldy smell but the rest smelled fine. Parking was easy to find. Couldn’t hear noises from the airport. Staff was accommodating . And it’s right next to gas stations and restaurants. I would go back.

It was average. Rooms big. Scanty toiletries. Curtains ripper and torn. Blow drier started smoking. Wet floors from kids going to the pool. Could smell smoking from other rooms. I had a non smoking room. Make it a non smoking property. Toilet smelled nasty.

We spent 5 night wanted to do our laundry and was told that the machine is out of service . Our first night we were told that the breakfast finish at 10 am because we check in in the morning due to flight delayed. Getting thier the staff told us the breakfast is finished and was rude and impolite . Every staff wear a sad face . The lady that check is out was busy chatting on the phone . We regret our entirely stayed in comfort in .

The door would not lock. You only had to push on the door and it would open. Desk clerk tried to tell me otherwise, that they were new locks. It was a new lock put on wrong!
