« The room was very nice but we had a couple of problems with it. The lower accessability shower head was not working. We let the front desk know about it and they said someone would be sent to fix it. When we came back to the room we could tell someone had been there, but it was not fixed and there was no note or communication from the front desk about it. « Couldn’t get into the pool on arrival. Closed early and large group were in when we got there and loud. I got up early and swam at 6:15. Water was great and staff brought towels after I called there were none. Room was clean and comfy. Loved the counter space and room size. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing and no conditioner but thankfully I had some in my suitcase. « This hotel gets the job done and was fine. It’s noisy,but we brought white noise. things don’t function perfectly, eg lights toilet flusher, but it’s a 3 star hotel so I wasn’t expecting much.
