« We checked in for a short getaway and were pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in hotels but we wanted to be able to stay in a make our own meals and this was perfect. It was quiet and secluded and the room was clean and comfortable. It had every amenity we needed. We will definitely be back the next time we need an escape. We didn't have a car but they provided us a list with cab drivers that were familiar with the property so we didn't have any issue getting to or from whenever we needed...

« The safari taxi makes regular stops (about every 10-15 minutes?) at the driveway close to the unit which is a great deal at $1 a person per ride and a 5 minute trip to the St. John ferry and Red Hook area. Sapphire resort is nearby and has lots of food and drink options. Plentiful bath and beach towels and paper products provided. « This property had very nice amenities including internet access, TV and plenty of utilities in the kitchen, bath and bedroom. They even had a generator kick in when electric was lost during a thunderstorm. The property was clean and with modern finishes. Be prepared to have to contact someone to find it. Warren was very helpful guiding us by phone. If we had not had phone access I am not sure how we would have found it. May be worth studying a map before arrival! »

« Overall, this property was exactly what we look for. Max and Chris were the perfect hosts. Safety and comfort are two of our concerns and both were met perfectly. The location in Red Hook was walkable to downtown and the Ferry. It is walkable but up a steep hill and that may be a concern if you do not rent a car. It was centrally located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook, which gave us easy access to the island's beaches, grocery stores and, St John fairy terminal.
