« The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Mucky Duck in Captiva was a delight at sunset. »

« Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

« DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company. »

« The place was beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings. It was also very clean. The location is perfect. Steps from the beach and minutes to everything on the island. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend. »

« The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave. »

« The home was welcoming and a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If I go to the area again I will stay here again. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also did a shelling day and sunset cruise with Captiva Cruises and they were both excellent and they too were within walking distance. »

« We loved our stay at Sanibel Suncastle! The house is as advertised but even better. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful back porch. The family room was perfect for all of us to watch NCAA basketball games on the large tv. I would definitely stay at Ralph’s home again. It was a perfect long weekend getaway for our group of 3 couples. »

« The property was newly renovated and had everything needed. The views were excellent and overall a great place to vacation. A very nice extra was beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon! We had a wonderful time looking for shells, relaxing at the beach and pool, biking around the island, and eating great food from various restaurants. So glad to see Sanibel starting to rebound from Hurrican Ian! This is our favorite Florida vacation destination and we will be back!! »

« I have been bringing my family and friends to Sundial every summer for the last 12 years and this is the first time I have made reservations through Vrbo, and I wish I would of done this years ago. Sundial P402 is the place to be! When walking into the condo the only word was wow! The condo is spacious, decor is spot on and the view is beautiful!! The area is quiet and the undercover parking kept my car cool. I will definitely be returning to this condo next year!! »
