« The grove is located across the street from the beach! There is access to multiple restaurants and bars within the apartment complex. There is a gym and bike/kayak rental. We needed a place to sleep and shower and this cute, clean and convenient apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to 6 spots from The Lobster Pot down to Smith's Barcadere. « The property is in a nice location. It is right across from the beach with easy parking and access to the beach. Downstairs you have a grocery, cafe, bakery and a restaurant. The hosts were very nice and addressed put concerns right away. Everything was great except the uncomfortable mattress in the unit. »

« I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier...

« Absolutely gorgeous! I would go back in a heartbeat. We stayed 4 nights at Botanica & stayed at the Westin our last night- we preferred Botanica, hands down. We traveled with a 10 & 7 year old, and you can’t beat the laundry, kitchen, & extra space at Botanica. We rented a car & beach access was only a 2 min drive. They provide the cutest umbrella, beach chairs, and cooler that made it so easy. Best vacation ever :-) »
