« We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family (2 kids) — we had plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked so it was easy to cook and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our time in the backyard and walking around the adorable town of Vineyard Haven. It was great to have a parking space behind the house, and it was also easy and fast to get anywhere on the island - no more than 20 minutes when we were visiting. « Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch. »
