« The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us. « We were not happy with this accommodation at all. Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. « It was a great location and fairly comfortable stay. The pool was a huge plus. Wifi was super solid. The area was super safe and the neighbors were pretty nice. Big thanks to the staff especially the guards. Those guys were very polite and were a great help to us. »

« They couldn’t find the booking to start, then gave the wrong room that had a leaking air conditioner that had water puddles all over the bedroom floor and my 71 year old mother slipped and fell. Then come to find out the balcony door had no lock when I have a ASD child with me. Never again!!! »
