I will extend your compliments to all our team members for their excellent service and for exceeding your expectations especially our 5.8 hosts, Spa and your island host Riho.
I do regret to read that we have not met all of your expectations with regards to the housekeeping service to your room. I sincerely apologize that this did not meet our normal high standards. Rest assured, I have personally met with your villa attendant today to review your comments and photos and will provide corrective training so that he can improve to exceed our guests expectations.
Despite the above, I am happy to see that you still had a great stay with us. We do hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back to Hurawalhi once again.
