I didn’t get the size bed that I paid for. When I called down to the front desk the lady lied to me and said they were queens, but in the morning when I checked out they confirmed to me that they were doubles. I said I paid for queens and the only thing they said was “sorry about that”. They didn’t offer to fix anything for me. The ladies at the breakfast however were wonderful!

All our rooms with two beds are queen size, and the front desk provided accurate information during your check-in and you did receive the room type that you reserved. Please note that we do not have any rooms with double beds at our hotel. The term “double queen beds” is sometimes used to refer to our two-bed rooms. We apologize if this miscommunication negatively affected your overall experience. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff and breakfast attendants were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the housekeeping department service. The third day I was there housekeeping did not show up at all. I left the room at 11:00 and made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. When I returned at 6:00pm, no one had replaced towels, made bed or emptied trash. Was very disappointed. Overall the hotel was very nice and would stay here again. Hopefully I would not encounter the same problems with the housekeeping department.

I had a two night stay for a conference in town. Check in crew was so kind and friendly. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was a good balance; don't miss the little cinnamon rolls!

Beautiful and quite. Receptionist/desk clerk very friendly. Breakfast staff helpful and very friendly and smiling and a pleasant person in the morning and entertained my friends 9 month old son. Great place!
