Amazing venue/well located/family enjoyed the spa while I worked out at the gym. Breakfast buffet is amazing/room service efficient/food so tasty and fresh. Staffs are matching 5stars hotel standards on daily basis and know well how to provide a quality hospitality service. They will work to answer all your special requests as efficient as possible (bike rental/taxi transfer…). Wish we had the same quality of service and standards in Australia…

Hotel property few negatives and exceeded expectations. The dstinctive architecture & tasteful decor of the hotel & grounds embodied the City of Hue history. All amenities & luxuries were available. Breakfast buffet offered diverse options and afternoon tea was exquisite. Restaurant & in-room dining was good overall. My only complaint was pho and bún bò Huế noodle soups lacked flavor & did not meet expectations of a Vietnamese American from Hue who has traveled frequently. Massage was excellent. This hotel was a great find & will be my goto anytime I return to visit family!

Great hotel, tiny nits.
Beautiful hotel near the imperial city. The hotel looks and feel brand new. The service was great with the only little bumps being at check-in, where we were reminded about 10 times that we were not allowed to smoke in the room. We don't smoke and once would be enough. Also at checkout when we were asked to stay around until the room was checked... That doesn't go well with the 5 star experience. These tiny details aside, I highly recommend this location. Just be aware that a railroad is nearby, and the train lash out on the horn for the 6am departure.

My experience was excellent. The property itself was luxurious, but the strongest feature was the staff. I had limited time and wanted to see specific local sights. The staff worked with me to make perfect arrangements: recommending itineraries, arranging transportation, connecting me with an excellent guide. The hotel restaurant had great variety and attentive service. Ongoing renovation was carefully communicated and limited to daytime hours. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This was my favorite hotel in our month in Vietnam. Excellent staff, the comfiest beds, and a breakfast buffet that could not be beat. It is a little outside the tourist center so that is either great or only slightly more work to can to your destination. We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting Hue.

Great Hotel in Hue
Silk Path is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Vu on the door is simply fantastic. Great knowledge and very helpful. Breakfast was always so delicious. The onsite spa facilitys are beautiful. The location is great. A nice walk to the river etc. My only sadness was the moonsoon rain (which is not the hotels fault) we just did not get to use all the facilities, like the pool. We will be back.

This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Far exceeded my expectations. Excellent facilities, good location so you can walk to a lot of tourist attractions, excellent breakfast, and really great helpful staff! If carlsberg did hotels, this would probably be it.

中心部からは1キロメートルほど離れるが、Hue駅まで徒歩5分の好立地。 王宮にも歩いて行けるなど、意外と利便性が高い。 ホテル従業員の質が高く、素晴らしいホテルライフを楽しむことが出来る。 Hueへ出かけた際は、ぜひ泊まりたい。

I had a a short stay of 2 nights, but this hotel is Exceptional with very professional and helpful staff service from Silk Path hotel team. Huge options at breakfast. Good location. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful to cater for all my needs including 9 pm check in.

Staying at the Silk Path has been the highlight of my trip to Hue. The services at the concierge, the front desk are top notch. The staffs at the Nam Phuong restaurant and the Olivio were outstanding and I particularly like to thank two female staffs Nhi and Y. Will definitely return to this modern yet patron friendly hotel.

This was a lovely resort hotel with very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. My wife and I were traveling alone, not with a tour group or anything, and the staff was wonderful to us. The room was great, the food was excellent, and the pool was a great way to relax from the Hue heat. Highly recommended all around.
