« The staff was very helpful when asked for help. We were there 3 nights. We had to ask for towels for 2 people. The trash was never emptied or the room cleaned. »

« We didn't have towels in our room upon arrival- and when we asked for some they only gave us 4 even though our room was set up for 6 and that's how many travels we had. We asked for a later check out and that was denied. They said there was an issue with my deposit and if I didn't give them my card number again it wouldn't be returned. Our shower didn't drain properly either. Bedding was stained and had holes in them. »

« There was no elevator. No housekeeping for a four night stay. No decaf coffee. Very skimpy breakfast. The pancake machine was working fine. Only one Ice machine for the hotel. Minimal vending selection. »

« Location was good and it was quiet. Not the fanciest hotel but it was good for a home base while sightseeing and doing other activities. There is a nice lobby that you can have small gathering. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will go back again. »
