This is a great and awesome hotel but the TV is outdated. No smart function for a nice hotel at this age and day. Kindly upgrade the TV and this hotel would be perfect.

Well kept, clean property, walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Only negative is the on site restaurant charges a service fee and gratuity for every transaction so be aware. Great experience, will definitely return!

The rooms were very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The aesthetics were very pleasing. The only thing I did not like was that there’s no microwave or iron in the rooms.

The staff was friendly, property was clean, and the restaurant was nice. The food was pretty good especially the nacho appetizer. Although it sits right off the freeway, it was pretty quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I would definitely come back. The hotel was very nice I loved my room and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they visit Houston.

Mejoro muchísimo desde que cambio de ser el Sheraton a ser Chifley. Las habitaciones nuevas, el lobby y área de alberca están recién renovadas y el área de bar y restaurante también están mucho mejor!

I am planning to stay here, again. The two things that I didn’t enjoy was an item from their breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner menu. . The pancakes weren’t fresh and the bbq wings we had for lunch tasted old and salty.

Love this hotel! It was in close proximity of so many things. Will stay here again. The hold fee per night was a little higher than average however.

We loved everything about the hotel. It was nice, spacious and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was getting out of the parking garage was hectic. The garage wouldn’t let us out automatically and there would be a line of cars trying to exit.

I didn’t like being so close to the expressway because it was noisy and the pool area wasn’t relaxing because the walkway is right there with lots of noise as well. However, the accommodations in the room were very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Front hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Self-parking was extremely convenient.
