sejour en transit a houston
hotel correct pour le prix . avons pris une chambre pour 5 , pensant qu il y avait un canape lit ou 1 sofa . malheureusement il n y a pas ce genre de service . avons du rapprocher les 2 lits pour pouvoir dormir a peu pres correctement. cela peut aller si les enfants ont moins de 12 ans .confort minimaliste mais correct dans l ensemble . personnel peu cooperatif

Old - roaches - locked down like it's a prison. Has elevators but good luck getting to them. I'm simi-handicapped - it was awful. I didn't expect much and that's exactly what I got.

Great staff
When we first arrived we were put in a horrible room with roaches and the door kicked in. The bathroom was disgusting and we did not feel safe at all. The next morning we requested another room and it was way better overall. It was more clean and the bathroom was clean. The only concern we had for the rest of the stay was there was very , and I mean very low water pressure. The staff are very nice here , so no complaints on the service. There was plenty of parking as well. Honestly if the water pressure was good in the new room I would have given 4 stars , because it was not a bad stay. Side story : My dogs literally got out of their kennel while we went to grab food for dinner. My oldest dog managed to open the door and got out into the parking lot ( Crazy , I know)! The staff called me to let me know about a wonderful couple who were helping to get them back in side. They were all so nice , when I was hysterical and embarrassed!

There was no work table and chair in the room. I had to push the coffee table and couch across the room to be next to the outlets for the work space. Was put on the third floor when the hotel had rooms on the first floor. At age 66, stairs at night can be rough.

Roaches. Big old, micro baby, dead…roaches. Told manager, who argued that it wasn’t, offered a second room that we both inspected and found another roach in that room. He didn’t offer compensation just a horrible unaccountable attitude. While standing there another guest made said they found roaches in their room…he was given another room too. It would seem the whole place is infested with roaches, but the indifference toward this horrendous issue from the management is the bigger problem.

Cockroach motel 6
Ac was broken and made noise place was infested with 1000s of cockroaches. We called and complained they did nothing about it. They didn’t even move us. They replaced the ac and 1000s of cockroaches spilled onto the floor. They were in our bed and our luggage. I made a complaint with motel 6 and attempted to mitigate with the hotel who just hung up on me. I need a full refund. PleAse call me at 928-515-9522

The check in attendant was SO RUDE! I have bad knees and tried expressing that before they gave a room and the attendant said it’s too late go fix it online if you have a problem or pay $50 for another room. Bed sheet was filthy

Ok for one short night
Fast check in. Typical accommodations for Motel 6. Sheets and towels were clean, but there were a few holes in the sheets. The pillows were comfortable. I saw a couple of bugs in the room. We weren’t staying long, so we let it be. They have security on site which is nice, except he stayed in his vehicle watching shows instead of walking around securing the place.

Dirty room with lots of dust. (Friendly advisor to the hotel Manager to have the housekeepers dust the lights) There were cobwebs and black think dust on all room lights. Also, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and we had to close it at night time and be cold in order to sleep. Another disappointing thing was that the only amenity that was given to us was 2 soap bars. (No shampoo, body wash or conditioner) I believe these are necessary amenities for a motel to provide. And we found towels with hair on them. The microwave was broken and they changed it for us the next day after 2 calls. Cleaning and customer service can improve.

Not a good motel.
The layout of the motel was very nice and mayched the pictures exactly. Had a cute little kitchen and sofa like a studio. But smelled in there, felt like it wasnt clean like it ahould have been. There was roaches which was the worst. Even though it was very convient to where the show we were going to and was close by. For the same price we normally have gotten really good but gave this one a try.

The hotel was free of bed bugs but there were a plenty of roaches everywhere, I've grown to get use to the hotels in Houston being that way because of the high traffic in and out of the hotels. There's alot of drug dealings going on everyday
