It is a bit far from the center of Houston, but very spacious and clean rooms, restrooms and baths are very comfortable! The bedding and towels are also of high quality. We had no trouble finding many options for dining and shopping in the neighborhood.

When I arrived we were giving a room that was occupied with someone else and we walk in on a couple taking care of business, the lady started screaming. We were assigned a different room and in this room there were holes and cracks in the ceiling in the bathroom, there were stains and black spots on the sheets in one of the beds. Our keys kept getting deactivated and we had them no where nears a cell phone . Room service was every 3 days We were disappointed.

Wasn’t too bad of a stay, definitely noticed they were short staffed. An area of improvement is what they consider “breakfast”. Very disappointed about breakfast it was more like snacks. Probably shouldn’t advertise breakfast is provided because it’s definitely not breakfast! This wouldn’t be my choice of stay again.

Was good until we came back last night from a wedding and lots of undesirable people lurking around at all hours of the night. This morning, as we were getting loaded up to leave, Our truck got broken into and a lot of stuff taken including my hearing aid equipment which is very expensive and all our clothes bags were taken. All my shoes, sunglasses, RX sunglasses etc, all my shoes. No camera to the sides of property only at front. No help with that! Made police report but will likely never see my thousands of equipment lost! Do not stay here. Pay a little more for a better area

NO CAMERAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. My brother in laws vehicle was broken into after he loaded his bags and went back to the room to make sure he got everything. Came back and everything was gone. Our sheets were damp still and the carpet was wet and musty smelling. Like it was steam cleaned with dirty stagnant water. DO NOT STAY THERE

2 major issues that came up number one is I ask for made service on my second night and they said they would have somebody cleaned my room but nobody showed up. The second issue is it seems anyone just comes off the street and. It's the free breakfast that is there for the paying guests. I think that is totally unacceptable that people come in and mooch free food when they have no right being there in the first place.
