Soit-disant en raison du covid il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner (heureusement il y avait un petit resto pas très loin à pieds). Les chambres n'étaient pas faites sauf si on le demandait (n'ayant pas compris cela en arrivant, je l'ai demandé le jour suivant) Au restaurant pour le souper on vous sert avec des services en plastique, type camping!!! En demandant ils m'ont tout de même donné des services normaux après coup. Si vous allez dans cet hôtel pour une nuit puis repartez en shuttel pour l'aéroort, cet hôtel convient très bien mais n'y allez pas si vous restez 2-3 jours à Houston et si vous n'avez pas de véhicule car en Uber cela fait beaucoup de courses chères!

I waited one hour for the shuttle to your hotel. Was not happy with that because I was exhausted. The fridge in the room is loud. Otherwise, I had a good stay. Thank you.

Thanks for your message. We were cancelling reservations with no penalty at the property and advising guests that booked through 3rd parties to contact that company directly to cancel since the charge comes from them. If your family stayed in the hotel or failed to cancel your room, we did charge because we were holding rooms for travelers from the airport with no place to go. I'm sorry you were inconvenienced during the storm. Thank you

This place is convenient and close to the airport but few things can make the travel easier for costumers which was not available here Example , USB port , I forgot my charger and found no ports for USB , thank god my wireless charger was full, Also a bottle of water , travelers might be so tired and have no energy to go and but water specially if they have no car Slippers are also helpful, when I woke up my feet were dirty , the carpet looks clean but apparently it was not The staff were really nice welcoming though

I booked this hotel for the free shuttle. We arrived at the airport at 12:30 am due to a delayed flight. The shuttle driver refused us because he had to clock out of the hotel at 1am, its an 8 min drive from airport we paid $30 for taxi. The next morning we cane downstairs at 5:15am for our 5:30 shuttle, it was full so we asked front desk for another taxi, this time without asking she booked us a limo service for $72 . So much for a free shuttle or any customer service worth speaking about. All night cars without mufflers raced along the outside of the building making it impossible to sleep. Hilton Garden inn, Houston WE HAVE A PROBLEM.

It is a very nice hotel, with free transportation to the airport. The man in the front desk is so kind. Everything is clean, they have cold water at the lobby and the restaurant is good.
