Cet établissement ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. L'accueil est inexistant. Les parties communes dignes d'une salle des fêtes (mobilier et ambiance). Chambre avec odeur nauséabonde entretenue par une vieille moquette, tout y est vieillissant et abîmé, le matériel est à changer. La douche est encore équipée d'un rideau de douche, le mobilier a des coups partout, les sommiers sont usés et le tissu s'effiloche. Le pommeau de douche est bouché par le calcaire (les jets partent dans tous les sens), le sèche cheveux est un énorme bloc digne des années 80. La salle du petit déjeuner est froide, aucune table en terrasse, elle ressemble à une salle de réception mal organisée dont toutes les tables sont abîmées. Le petit déjeuner est uniquement industriel, sans recherche.

Cher Guatier,Merci beaucoup pour votre avis!Nous apprécions les commentaires de nos clients comme une opportunité et un facteur moteur dans le processus sans fin d'amélioration de notre service et de l'Azoris Faial Garden - Resort Hotel.Nous sommes vraiment désolés de ne pas avoir répondu à vos attentes.Nous traiterons en interne les éléments que vous avez mis en évidence, mais je voudrais donner les informations suivantes:- l'Azoris Faial Garden - Resort Hotel est un établissement 4 étoiles agréé comme tel par les autorités qui réglementent le tourisme dans la Région Autonome des Açores, selon des critères objectifs et exigeants, auxquels nous sommes fiers de répondre;- bien que pas neuf, est loin d'être dégradé, avec une équipe de maintenance qui s'occupe en permanence des infrastructures. L'équipe est toujours attentive au fonctionnement de l'équipement et diligent dans les cas où cela ne se passe pas comme prévu. Nous conseillons à nos clients de toujours nous informer lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionne pas correctement, afin que nous puissions résoudre rapidement et efficacement la situation;- l'hôtel est noté 8,5 par nos clients, il y aura donc certainement quelque chose qui nous démarquera de manière positive, contrairement à ce que vous avez indiqué;- quoi qu'il en soit, nous allons bientôt commencer la rénovation progressive de l'hôtel, afin de le rendre plus moderne, confortable et fonctionnel;- le personnel est noté 9,0 par nos clients et généralement décrit comme compétent. Le 7 septembre, nous avons répondu à votre commentaire concernant le manque d'accueil, car vous n'avez pas fourni d'informations complémentaires. Notre équipe fournit toujours toutes les explications nécessaires pour que nos clients puissent profiter de leur séjour à l'Azoris Faial Garden - Resort Hotel;- le petit-déjeuner est noté 8,7 par nos clients et est fréquemment plébiscité pour sa variété et la fraîcheur des produits servis. Hôtel bien mais déçus par le restaurant
Séjour de 2 nuits dans une chambre donnant sur l’arrière. Piscine et spa très bien, à savoir, le bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Petit déjeuner très varié et bon. Par contre le restaurant nous a déçus : nous avions regarder la carte sur leur site internet et nous avons choisis cet hôtel en conséquence. Sur place pas de carte mais un buffet (les 2soirs) consistant en des crudités, un plat de poisson et un plat de viande, donc choix quasiment inexistant. Qualité correct mais pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Nous n’y retournerons pas.

Nice gardens, the hotel allows you to breathe. I didn't get to use the gym, but it looks good enough. Two swimming pools are great. Good breakfast. Centrally located in town, close to restaurants cafés and good hikes.

Comfortable, super friendly, close to centre
We were worried after some reviews about hard beds, but ours was very comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location, google doesn't show it but there are stairs from the hotel down to the middle of Horta, so very close to things but still off the noisy road. The sea view is amazing but we would have been happy with garden view as well. Breakfast is standard for this level of hotels in Portugal. Dinner buffet is a decent enough alternative when you can't get a restaurant booking.

Beautiful outside pool with spectacular view. Great location. Unfortunately many things out of service (sauna, poolside shower, equipment in the gym) Many things outdated, would need a complete renovation (spa area, gym, room, bathroom). Breakfast with much choice, but many groups, many people. Not a good coffee. Constant noise from the outside (generator or some kind of a machine). Nice view on the parking lot.

a pesar de disponer un gran espacio de zonas vedes y comunes, habitaciones muy precarias para una cuarta estrella. Duchas muy envejecidas, necesaria una reforma. Destacaría el servicio de desayunos y comidas junto al trato agradable de sus empleados y empleadas, la persona portaequipajes siempre nos regalaba una sonrisa que es de agradecer. Bonitas vistas a pico desde la piscina y poco más.

This property is amazing! Great place to relax and unwind after a day of sight seeing. Many shops and dining areas are close and you can walk. Also, walkable from port if you took a ferry from other islands. Will definitely be staying here again. Only issue was buffet breakfast: I think eggs were undercooked and/or left out to long.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Die gesamte Anlage samt Häuser, Zimmer und Einrichtungen hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war auch super und am besten fand ich, dass es nachts ruhig war - da mir das sehr wichtig ist. Im Gegensatz zu meinen anderen Unterkünften in Portugal gab es auch einen Bettbezug, der komplett geschlossen war. Einziger kleiner negativer Punkt: Das Schließen der Zimmertüren ist aufgrund des Schließmechanismus sehr laut d.h. es ist morgens und abends deutlich hörbar.

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff and the location is wonderful. You have a lovely view of Pico and it is very walkable to Horta. The food from the buffet and the bar were wonderful, lots of fresh options. The bartenders and staff were helpful and nice. It is a clean property. The indoor and outdoor pools as well as the hot tub were great. The main downside is that the rooms need upgrades. They appeared partly renovated. But a full renovation would be lovely. The beds are a bit hard. However, this was a nice stay and worked for us.

Great view of Pico
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view of Pico from our balcony was amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The walk to the town was easy.
