Much better than the LAQuinta Inn we stayed in @ Beavercreek OH!!! Our room did not have a hair blow dryer. We had to borrow one from a neighboring room!

We needed a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay for the night and we got it. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was kind and efficient. We went in town for dinner and really enjoyed the Hopkinsville Brewing Company. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. We did find 3 roaches in the room. We have stayed there several times before and never had a problem.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in; we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive. The room did not seem well cleaned - there were still suds on the shower door (which didn’t close properly) indicating the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned after the previous guest. The lamp had a broken fixture. The bulb dangled from the socket. There were stains on the carpet and paint on the window. I don’t know for certain but I’m not convinced the sheets were fresh.

Generally good place to stay. Clean. Would prefer the sink inside the bathroom. Rooms could have better insulation, a lot of noise from neighboring rooms.

Staff left cleaning product in the bathroom and a used coffee bag in the coffeemaker. The room appeared to be cleaned, but? The front desk staff was excellent. The morning breakfast staff, not so much.

The carpet was worn an had a staple sticking up. The phone or TV didn't work. We had a hard time to close the bathroom door.

Leftover takeout from the previous guest in the fridge, hairs in the tub, not cleaned well. Pool was closed with no explanation. Ice machine sounded like someone was constantly vacuuming. Staff was complaining about issues during check in, was loud in the back office most of the evening and some staff member was screaming on her phone telling her child to go to school during breakfast. Just pay more and stay somewhere else, the staff doesn't care and doesn't hide it

Nice hotel
The morning staff was amazing. There were only 2 women and the one that was in the kitchen was so busy due to the cheer comp going on and was still positive and kept the the food coming! There was another lady that was super friendly. The rooms were nice our door had a issue shutting so that was scary. We were charged 50$ for some reason after we left so I'm calling tomorrow about that. The pool was shut down i think that should of been on the app because that is one reason we booked there. Also my Husband thinks there should of been a couch also because there was so much room in the hotel.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I apologize the pool was down we just redone the entire pool and are working on getting it back open this week. The 50.00 hold is for incidentals as long as no one smoked in room and no damages were done then you are just waiting on your bank to release your funds back to your card we just authorized for 50 more than your stay we did not actually charge it. We are also working on doing a full inside remodel this year as well. We hope to see you again in the near future for your stays when stopping through Hopkinsville.

The luggage carts duck. They seem to roll fine till uou put your luggage on and then they turn eith grest difficulty and are hatd to puch o. The carpet.

Yes, the luggage carts only have the front that wheels turn so just have to make sure your pushing the right side so the wheels can swivel.

Rooms were very small. Bathrooms tiny! No counter space or hooks for towels. Basically outdated. Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs! Orange juice was awful! Selection was very limited. Had a horrible time finding the hotel! The directions on Expedia are not correct! It was not your typical LaQuinta.

Thank you for your feedback! I apologize about any issues during your stay. We do have bigger rooms available such as the suites and double queen rooms that do have the big counters in the bathrooms. We are also doing a full inside remodel the beginning of next year should be done by April of 2024. I apologize if the eggs were gone when you went in for breakfast as I am sure they were cooking more but we have eggs,bacon,sausage, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels,yogurt, cereal, oatmeal packets and cups, apple and orange juice we have a variety of breakfast items.

My room was extremely clean, including the bed and bathroom. The full breakfast was excellent. A quiet comfortable experience, which was just what I needed.

Staff seemed understaffed and bothered by our presence. We requested an early check in and you would have thought we asked them to sacrifice their firstborn children. We routinely would come to front desk and no one would be there. Hotel itself was fine minus pool being closed and gym water being broken

Yes we have been short staffed and were sold out due to the tornado and could not do any early check ins due to having only two housekeepers so we did not do any early check ins but had the rooms ready by 3pm. We are replacing the pool in January just waiting on the material and plaster to come in.

The carpets are old and stained in the hall. The elevator seems like it wants to breakdown any second. The lobby stinks the breakfast was poor. I’d stay in comfort suites instead.
