séjour en famille à Waikiki (4 adultes)
Séjour de 3 nuits à Waikiki, hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la célèbre plage et des restaurants, personnel sympa, excellent service de voituriers. Au 11e étage (vue agréable avec la mer d'un côté et le Diamond Head de l'autre) grande chambre d'environ 40 m² pour 4 adultes, le grand lit avait une bonne literie, par contre le canapé lit était peu confortable. L'insonorisation au niveau des fenêtres mériterait d'être améliorée (mais n'était pas un problème vu notre fatigue en fin de journée et le peu de temps passé dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner était bon. Café, thé, eau disponibles toute la journée sans supplément. Les serviettes et nattes de plage (+ autres accessoires que nous n'avions pas utilisés) étaient également incluses.

Bien placé dans Waikiki, bien choisir la chambre
Hôtel très bien placé au milieu de la plage de Waikiki à 2 mn a pied. Le design des parties communes est travaillé et agréable. Le café et le thé à disposition. Les frais de l’établissement (25$) mettent à disposition tout le nécessaire pour la plage (serviettes, chaise, rabane, parasol). Le parking est a 30$ par jour. Nous n’avons pas cherché d’autres parkings. Mais en tout cas forcément très pratique. La chambre n’est pas très grande mais très fonctionnelle. Bien réfléchie pour être pratique. En revanche les fenêtres n’isolent rien. Il s’agit de vitre simplement posée. Donc bruit de la circulation comme si vous aviez la fenêtre ouverte. L’impression de dormir dans la rue. Ils nous ont changé de chambre facilement de l’autre côté du bâtiment. La clim des chambres est bruyante donc difficile de dormir avec. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Malgré tout bon rapport qualité prix dans Waikiki je pense.

Très bien située à 2 pas de la plage de Waikiki Hôtel moyen 2,5 étoiles tout au plus Service très moyen petit dej succinct et pas adapté au enfant (pas de lait ni céréales) Le wifi nous a été coupé la veille de notre départ et la facture glissée sous la porte furtivement à 4h du matin, histoire de ne pas oublier de payer les charges!

Excellent séjour
Très bon séjour, excellent rapport qualité/prix. L’emplacement est génial, à 2min de Waikiki Beach, là où est trouve la fameuse statue du surfeur hawaïen. L’hôtel est moderne, propre et propose un parking avec un service de valet pour la voiture qui nous a été extrêmement utile. Je recommanderai sans hésiter cet hôtel pour un séjour à Waikiki!

This hotel was in the center of everything. Really no need for a car. The breakfast most of all is what got me hooked. Full hot breakfast bacon eggs waffles. If you didn’t like something. You just didn’t like it. This place was excellent. Would recommend. And would definitely stay again Hospitality at the desk was exceptional. And the valet parking. The attendance were amazing.

At check-In *Cory was an awesome host and every encounter with him was awesome. ***There is NO Laundry facility ***There is NO Restaurant Room Service Was Poor!!!! Room Service Helped Themself to money I left and didn’t even change bedding. The next day NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! “NONE” Poor Plumbing “Construction In Progress” and no notification of this before booking - I would have paid more to stay elsewhere if I were informed. I had to even ask for a new plastic liner for the Ice Bucket, but was told I would have to “Return To My Room For The Bag, and Then Return To Lobby To Fill With Ice” Cory went above and beyond, and is recognized and acknowledged for his amazing service. My suggestion- Have Cory Lead Team Customer Service Training Everyone there but Cory and 2 other women who worked the desk, need more service training!!! If we ever visit VIVE again, it would be praise Cory and the 2 ladies and treat them out to things for their wonderful hosting and SKILL SET - The fact that Expedia was given the information that there was laundry and restaurant on-site, I am very reluctant to use Expedia for booking future travels. Expedia needs to confirm the information is correct… EXPEDIA - Please remove laundry and restaurant amenities, as they ARE NOT THERE…

Second time staying here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the beach and several options for food and shopping. Only issue ran into was a water leak around the AC unit which they addressed quickly. Overall a great experience.

I like how the hotel is walkable to the beach and the area has a lot of places to eat. I also like that they offer complimentary breakfast and beach accessories :) The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a pool. Make sure you read properly before you book if you want a pool as that was my mistake. But overall, not too bad of a hotel :) All staff were friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück wurde in der Lobby angerichtet. Leider war es jeden Morgen ein Kampf Sitzplätze zu bekommen. Das Personal war super nett und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Parkservice war uns im Parkhaus große Hilfe und immer sehr freundlich.

Great location near the beach, shopping and dining. We had to change rooms due to a leak but ither than that it was very nice. Free breakfast and beach items. They said they would give a partial credit for having to relocate.
