Service Excellent !
Excellent hôtel ! Le service est excellent, et l'accueil particulièrement tourné vers le client. Ada du frontdesk a été spécialement aux petits soins pour vérifier que tout se passe au mieux (merci pour les macarons !). L'hôtel est très bien situé géographiquement. Bref je recommande vivement le Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman hôtel !

This hotel is dead in the centre of the bustling Causeway Bay area. Extremely walkable with massive shopping opportunities and many restaurants nearby. As this hotel was built 50 years ago, their rooms are quite spacious but there is no swimming pool. However, there is a roof-top bar/restaurant which offers a spectacular view of Hong Kong.

Its been years since we stayed at Park Lane but we are glad to have tried it again. Hotel is in a great location and rooms/facilities were top notch. An old and tired hotel. Not a 5 star by any means of the imagination and certainly not a Pilmam. Very expensive for an average hotel and that didn’t include breakfast. Worst view of apartments I have ever had. Despite being. VIP Gold member on Expedia was offered an upgrade at a hefty price. No thanks. On the better side staff were good and efficient and very convenient for the metro. But not worth the money overall.

Location is fantastic , with lots of shopping and food surrounding the hotel. Near Causeway Bay MTR however short of plugs for charging my iPhone as not both side of the bed have the power plug

The room condition was old, there was a stale smell in the room, the toilet flush was faulty as well as bath tub stopper.
