Buffet breakfast 2/10 - Very little choice, overboiled hard boiled eggs, the "Dim Sum" was very chewey, yagourt was often empty and sparingly refilled. Room & Bathroom- Found the room very damp, there must have been some kind of bug in the bed as I got bitten everytime I was in it. Towels had holes in them, bathroom ceiling needed a good refurbishing

Absolutely fantastic! We are from Australia and it was our first time in Hong Kong. The hotel is right next to the tram which can take you across the whole island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also recommend adding the breakfast on as it was really convenient to have every morning :)

Room was upgraded to higher floor, with a better view. Interior OK, not too old but clean. Wall electricity socket comes with USB plug, if it comes with type C as working table, it is much much better. TV can be cast (by chromecast), however, it takes time to locate which TV is my room. Breakfast is included, taste OK. Choices are sufficient. Check-in/out is smooth, I am more appreciated if check out time is 12pm (now is 11am).

Very disappointed. Multiple instances of smoking, no staff accessible to move my room. Room size much smaller than advertised. Generally thin walls and dirty stained chairs/furniture. Paid more for a better room and the beds were two twins pushed together.

Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Can hear noise from next room but that’s with most hotels. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was just our room that had this issue.

The staff were generally helpful. I arrived very early in the morning (8am) and the staff was able to provide a slightly earlier check in (11:30am - 2.5 hours earlier than standard check in time). My room was clean and comfortable. Despite I was on 8th floor, it was quiet. The mini fridge in my room wasn't working, it was not cold at all, although the housekeeping team came to check it, they didn't do anything to improve the situation. I was unable to use the mini fridge which was an inconvenience for me. The hotel breakfast was disappointing, I found there wasn't much choice and the food didn't look enticing. I would not recommend to pay for the hotel breakfast, there are plenty of better options in Hong Kong. Overall, I really liked the location and was happy with the room. I would consider staying here again.

Price is right. Very few hotels in Hong Kong provide free breakfast which is a big plus. 7 minutes walk from exit F of Causeway Bay metro station. Much better than other hotels in Hong Kong or Kowloon of similar price range.

This hotel is really conveniently located and generally well appointed. The rooms do look tired and the free wifi was incredibly slow.

I stayed for two nights. There was dirt on the bath towel and bath mat on the first day, and while worrying about it, I thought that the dirt could not be removed even if I washed it, so I used it. After use, I put it on the floor of the bathtub to have the bath towel and bath mat replaced, but the next day, when I spread the bath mat with dirt in the same place and the bath towel that was folded, this is also the towel I used yesterday ... it was wet. But it was disgusting. I don't want to stay again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel is very old and in poor condition. We received a room that had black mold on the ceiling. Otherwise it has wall paper so you can only notice it on the ceiling. Very humid and musty, the air system is very old and not helping and you can't open the window. We requested another room after spent there 2 nights because it was impossible to sleep in that room and I felt I got ill and developed a caugh. The new room was a bit better but still unpleasant humid and musty, at least there was no mold. No excuses from the staff, they didn't even offer to transfer our luggage to the new room. The gym is a joke, it's smaller than a hotel room and 2 people can barely fit in it.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff was very gentle. We needed a scale to check the weight on our bags and they took us to an area where they let us check and adjust our baggage. The view was fantastic and loved the distribution of the room. The location is also great; just a few blocks away from Causeway bay station and plenty of local business and dinning options. It was a great and enjoyable stay.

Rosedale hotel is convenient located, walkable to both causeway bay and Tin Hau MTR. The hotel has a good view of Victoria park skyline if you are on high floor. The staffs are friendly, the hotel might looks bit old, however, the room is clean and well kept. The breakfast spreads are not as much as the international one but I find is good enough and top-up is frequent and area was kept clean too. Overall is a nice good hotel to stay.

初めての香港ひとり旅で、3泊滞在しました。最初到着時は同じような街並みのため辿り着かなくて苦労したのですが、慣れるとバス停も周囲に多くとても便利です。周囲も図書館な近くの施設のためか静かでした。朝食も毎日同じ内容ではありますが、ビュッフェも美味しく楽しみでした。

It is under renovation, however, we did not hear any construction noises. The location is super convenient, lots of stores and restaurants. Buses and trams are 2 minutes away and subway is just a short walk from the hotel. Service from the hotel is unbeatable and hotel staff is courteous and helpful in giving directions.

事前に口コミを熟読し、心構えしていましたが、想定よりは良かったです。 遊んで出掛けて寝るだけであれば、問題ないです。 近くにお店は多くありますが、閉まる時間が早いのが盲点でした。飲み物や軽い食べ物などは早めに調達することを、お勧めします。 ただ個人的にコーズウェイベイより、セントラルあたりの方が利便性は良かったかな。と思います。 バスの下車ポイント、MTRと移動手段に問題ありません。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシあり。 コンディショナーはありません。
