When we have checked your reservation and we learned that you booked a room with a king bed, we prioritized upgrading your room from Premier to Executive with the hope that you will have a wonderful experience. But unfortunately, this room didn't have 2 beds and we also didn't have a room with 2 beds at that time. We were sorry for that. Our staff has advised you about the extra bed surcharge, we apologize for not being flexible in handling your issue that make you unhappy when you stayed with our hotel.Once again, thank you for your positive and constructive comments.
