Au sujet du remboursement de votre caution, je suis sincèrement désolé de constater que nos explications ne furent pas assez précises. Comme communiqué par notre équipe, la démarche est très simple mais malheureusement le délai de remboursement est assez long. Les transactions bancaires internationales peuvent en effet prendre plusieurs semaines et cela n’est pas de notre ressort. De notre côté nous avons débloqué la transaction le jour de la demande et avons contacté la banque pour accélérer le processus de remboursement. Je comprends que vous soyez surprise par ce fonctionnement mais ne vous inquiétez pas vous allez être créditée très bientôt. J’espère que ces explications vous apporteront satisfaction et éviteront que vous pensiez, à tort, que cette situation est de notre faute.
