La piscine est en fait une plunge pool et l'eau est très froide donc impossible de se baigner...Belle vue du restaurant...Store en bois de la chambre cassé dès notre arrivée et ne se ferma pas entièrement mais non réparé, donc lumière permanente dans la chambre. Une couverture de couette mise sur la fenêtre la dernière nuit pour occulter...Extérieur de l'hôtel bruyant si votre chambre donne sur la rue...Bonnes prestations et hôtel assez central pour tout visiter à pied.

Rien à signaler, hôtel très propre, personnel très accueillant et sympa. L’emplacement idéal. Je suis arrivée 5h plutôt que l’heure de prévu pour le chek in mais ils m’ont quand même laissé entrer dans une chambre surclassée avec jacuzzi à l’extérieur. Super hôtel, je reviendrai et conseille vivement

Bon séjour à Harmony hôtel
Le séjour a mal démarré chambre communiquante avec voisins très bruyants et cafard dans la salle de bain. Le lendemain ils nous ont changé de chambre et surclassé dans une chambre très spacieuse avec salle de bain luxueuse. Le personnel est au petit soin.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The swimming pool area is very clean. You could relax in the sauna or the hot steam hammam. The person who’s usually there in charge, Mrs. KIEU, is very kind and welcoming. I have stayed already three times in the hotel and I can fully recommend it to any traveller.

The private outdoor tab was not working properly. Indoor jet tab was okay but the bathroom was so hot since it’s not insulated enough. Otherwise the room was average in this class. I enjoyed stay anyway.

I stayed in the executive suite. the room itself was very spacious and had great natural light. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub. the booking included the free mini bar which includes 2 bottled waters, 2 beers and 2 peach waters. staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay. high tea was also included which had sparkling wine, tea and an assortment of hot savoury and sweets. the buffet breakfast had good variety and I liked that they also made the coffees and eggs to order. the pool area is nice but the traffic is noisy. when I went I march the spa offered half price off their services if you booked in the morning and I got a 2 hour package which was extremely great value. in comparison to the other spas I went to in vietnam, this one lacked a bit of tranquility, the extra little touches and the masseuse was a little rough. there are plenty of restaurants all around the hotel. a grab car to the airport took around 25 minutes on a saturday morning and cost me 110K dong.

조식이 맛있는 깨끗한 호텔.강추
부모님과 총 3인 가족여행이었어요. 어느 호텔을 가나 벼룩이나 벌레가 있을까 걱정많았는데 벌레전혀 못봤구요. 침구도 깨끗하고 푹신했어요. 바닥이 마루라서 너무 좋았고 길다란 나무 의자같은게 있어서 트렁크나 가방올려놓을 공간이 있어서 편했어요. 창문을 열 수 있다는 장점이 있구요. 밤에도 조용하고 소음 없었어요. 가장 중요한 조식도 꼭대기층이라 햇볕도 잘들고 음식도 정갈하고 김치도 있더라구요. 무엇보다 쌀국수가 한국에서 익숙한 느낌의 맑은국물쌀국수라 맛있었어요.직원분들도 친절했구요. 비용도 적당해서 담에 간다면 또이용할듯.위치도 좋고 추천합니다.(내돈내산ㅋ)

I like it because it close to cop mart store and local market Thai Bình. I don’t like how they treat me. First not giving me the room I booked and paid for online. Very inconvenient back and forward changing room. They then give me voucher for foot massage but when I go there the foot massage room have no air condition. I end up not using the voucher. I will never go back to this hotel again. I go to the one beside it called Eden hotel, more nice and clean.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff are proficient in English, which is a boon for overseas travelers. However, some staff members could be more helpful. At times, it seemed like they were more focused on showcasing their English skills than providing assistance. Other than that, it's a great hotel. I like it.

Just needed a holiday.
Good location with many dining options nearby. Hotel breakfast was good. Doormen at arrival were very eager to "assist" on sim card purchase when asked for nearby options. Felt too pushy for a sales transaction and intrusive; despite mentioned at the lobby before heading up to the room that will consider on the purchase, yet ignored and knocked on room door despite DND signage was turned on and walk into the room uninvited.

Top class hotel
Really clean, tidy and secure hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was really outstanding with a huge choice for every taste, really set you up for the day. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

Room with “Limited View” just a “window seeing another building wall”. Can’t have peaceful rest as the room is located in level 12 restaurant is at level 12A. Patrons have to take lift to level 12 to get access to Level 12A. So much noise and loud music during the night time and restaurant rearranging chairs around 3:00am. I didn’t get much sleep for the night I stayed at the hotel.
