Hotel is well situated. Near of everything. The breakfast is incredibable and not talking about the espresso in the morning. Overall, I recommended and will return to this place next time for sure.

Perfect central Saigon stay with all the amenities
Excellent facilities. An amazing rooftop pool and access to one of the best gyms I have ever used. The foot was excellent and the breakfast was well worth the extra expense. At first the location of inside the Saigon centre mall seemed odd but the cool air con was a blessed relief from the sweltering heat each time we returned. We had a two bedroom suite which was very reasonably sized and excellent value for money.

We were not informed that the hotel only allows 2 guests to a room. We were there so we were forved to upgrade to a double room sweet even if the room we got had a sofa and our nephew was ok with staying on the sofa.It cost us US $80 more a night. Expedia should also notify us that they strictly allow only 2 guests to a room.Often hotels allow 3 guests if the room is big and has a large sofa bed,

Great Saigon Stay
The hotel is in a convenient and high end mall in district 1. That said, there’s a market across the road if you are looking for something off the beaten track. Also a short walk to local restaurants and speak easy style bars. Room was very modern. Quiet and good air con with premium sheets and a comfortable king size bed. Pool was good too. An oasis in the middle of a bustling city. Excellent stay. The way this hotel dealt with service recovery was A1. Kept me in the loop, sorted out my issue and the went the extra mile. And that’s what matters. Great stuff. I’ll be back.

滞在中とても良かった。 チェックインでデポジットをカードで チェックアウトで最後の清算の時レイトチェックアウトと朝食➕税金、サービス利用を清算する時カード支払いをしました、一枚のレシートはデポジット払いの金額と同じで普通何も無かったら、 そのレシートはお客の前で破壊 別に払う物はその場でクレジットのレシートとホテルから明細が出ると思って フロントで説明をして貰い、後でメールで明細を送りますと言いながら20日も経ちました。

This property was amazing! The location is convenient to all the highlights and amenities that HCMC has to offer. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The pool area is unbelievable with the most spectacular view, I would highly recommend this hotel. The only improvement that i think would help this hotel is by providing for or arranging car service to and from the airport at more modest pricing. I know they offer a limo but at $70 USD per direction. Other than that it was perfect!

Surprising Gem in a great location.
This hotel really met and exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous given that I am not familiar with this brand and website is pretty pared back, and there aren't that many reviews since the hotel is quite new. Also, the pricing was so reasonable that I wondered if the hotel could be as nice as what I hoped! It is in a Great location in the city, you can walk to many places nearby. Was perfect for NYE festivities. It Feels safe with the entrance being inside the shopping mall. The mall has tons of dining options too which is nice. Note: Keep and screenshot the directions that they send you in advance for how to find the hotel entrance. After one time it’s easy. We had hotel book the airport pickup so it was easy since the driver knew where to go. Very fancy van pickup. It is a New hotel with a modern feel and design. Nice design details. Amazing views high up. There is a Nice pool with cool city views- just no hot tub and was a little chilly/windy in the evening. Also no umbrellas or shade in daytime/ Excellent breakfast in a pretty setting. Had 2 br family suite perfect for 4 people. Not huge, but cozy, clean, new and well laid out. We used the hotel laundry service and it was quite expensive ($2.50 for a pair of socks, $5 for a t-shirt) so we spent $70 on laundry. The only thing that wasn’t a good value! My only complaint is that the elevators were quite busy and you had to wait a while to get one with space. Overall really great value. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!
A fantastic hotel in the best location. Room was beautiful very nicely set out with great bed and high quality linen. Breakfast was very good with a great buffet choice and also the choice of cooked to order breakfast meals. Staff fantastic. Highly recommend loved it.

Loved everything about this property. If I could just add that we wished the room was a bit more spacious but not a deal breaker. We were on the top floor so noise levels were non existent. When we first checked in, our shower wasn’t giving out much hot water but they were able to fix it pretty quickly. I did wish the hot water lasted longer then 10-15 minutes. Other than those things, location was great. Staff was great. Will definitely book again.

Nice hotel right on top one of busiest shopping centre, and in middle of district 1, very convenience for shopping and food. booked 5 nights premium deluxe king bed, the room very beautiful and clean, bed are very confy and toilet are big and vey clean.free mini bar daily and also free food and snack from the pantry right outside on each floor. Staff are friendly and attentive, Only one negative point for me was the lift, the lift quite too slow and only 2 lifts in hotel. Would highly recommended this hotel next time when u visit Saigon.

좋은데 별로인..
전반적으로 좋은 호텔인데 어딘가 편안하진 않습니다. 특정 시간대에 엘리베이터 대기시간이 꽤 긴데, 수용인원이 작아서 더 그런 것 같아요. 조식은 quality나 맛에서 다른 5성급 호텔과 비교해 많이 떨어집니다, 직원들은 친절한 듯 불친절해요. 게대가 뮤직페스티벌 기간과 겹쳐 페스티벌이 끝나는 시간(11시 반쯤) 전까지는 잠들기 어려웠고요.

Top notch quality all around with this hotel. The absolute best and friendliest staff we have experienced in any place we have stayed. Can’t beat the location - major tourist destinations are a walk away. Added bonus is the food, we had free breakfast deal and it was 5-star restaurant quality food, especially loved the açaí bowls, which costs easily $15USD per bowl and we just kept reordering like there was no tomorrow. But again, it’s the staff that really set this place apart - I’ve always prioritized quality of hotel itself and things like cleanliness, accommodations, etc but the staff here is what will make me keep coming back.
