The room is clean although the hallways are not (someone was vacuuming at the time, so that may have improved). WiFi works well, but we had a VERY noisy room about five feet from the highway - couldn't open the window. :(

Property advertised "breakfast included" on the website, arrived to find it did not and has not for some time. Property ran out of clean bath towels second day into the stay. One room had broken laminate flooring, the other room had a hole in the bathroom door. Homeless persons, though harmless, roved the area out back that made it less comfortable and hard to sleep when they start having conversations with themselves at 3am. This hotel is not recommended.

No amenities, ..no clock, no coffee pot, and no hot water. no maintenance staff but someone did come take a look. tub faucet handle not situated properly. But i guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel had curtains hanging off the windows. Dirty mattress in the court yard Man in hallway looked like he was doing drugs. I would never stay there or recommend anyone stay there. I could not even walk into the lobby. I didn’t not feel safe there. The pictures online did not even look like the same property. I reached out to Expedia for a refund but questionable at this time if I will get a refund. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Property was very run down. We checked in at 4pm and rheir was like 5 trash bags sitting right by the door entrance to the hotel room. Hallways stink like cat piss or ammonia. Room didnt smelll any better. Definitely wont EVER stay or recommend again.

Scratches on inside of bathroom door, cockroaches in hallways, smells of smoke, paint peeling off of the walls in room. Do not stay here if you want a decent experience. Go ahead and stay here if you want to see what violent drug addiction feels like.

We found cockroaches within 5 minutes of entering our room. There were stains all over the wall next to the bed, and the walls were also unfinished with shotty spackle work in most places. The sheets were also stained, and the microwave was unusable, dirty and damaged. In the restroom the shower was dirty and the toilet seat appeared to have the finish coming off? There was no way we could sleep in the room. We went to the front desk not even 10 minutes after checking in and they refused to give us a refund. The “best they could do” is we give us back the deposit they made us pay to even check in. The whole thing was completely ridiculous and they did not seem to care about any of the issues with the room. They seem to make their money on “non refundable” rooms in hopes people keep booking and spending no money on upkeep or maintenance. I highly recommend Expedia remove OYO from their listings.

Good coffee across the street
The service is great. Everybody who works there we’re very nice he took good care of us. I would stay there again and the Dutch brothers is right across the street best coffee in town.

This place has cockroaches like hell. I had to leave my hotel room at 1 in the morning because me and my fiancé discovered bugs. They refuse to give me a refund, even after showing them proof of the bugs. It’s a very sketchy and untrustworthy company. I would never stay here again even if was the only option.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had been updated in some areas. It had USB charging ports on the lamps. The bathroom sink was new. Ok for an inexpensive one nighter. Cons- very noisy with people coming in and out all hours. Floor looked clean, but really wasn't my socks were dirty from walking around it just for a little while. Beds were lower quality so not much of a pillow top and could feel the springs underneath.

The office was okay except for the big window that faces the street. It was very dirty and had dead flies in the sill. The carpet in the hall ways was dirty and stained. The room appeared clean but when I needed to wipe something up on the floor that I spilled, the white wash cloth I used was black. The bathtub had a strip of material that had been glued on, but the glue did'nt hold and had pulled away. There was a piece of duct tape holding on or covering some base board in the bathroom. The stopper for the tub was not put together and I had to screw it together. The sheets looked pretty clean but were stained. There was a pool that has been filled in and is a very dirty area. There were random chairs around and it looked like there may have been dog feces in the area where the pool was filled in. They did have excellent coffee and creamer in the office. It was very quiet and they had good blackout curtains. There are some nice roses blooming in the parking area, they do need a good pruning however. There is no elevator that we could find. Glad that they have security doors into the hotel. Most likely would not stay here again.

First offI reserved this room as nonrefundable. The minute the reservation was confirmed I got an e-mail saying there was a deposit but not how much. Upon checking in I was told the deposit was 100$ and was I sure I wanted to pay it ? NON- refundable ! well I think so. It is now 6;30 am and I was just introduced to the local cockroach. I'm sure he or she has buddies. There's trash laying on the grass outside my window . The list of rules and regulations , particularly the possible fees for doing this or not doing that on the desk in the room is endless. I'll be checking out of here early this am ; just to make sure I'm not charged a late fee for checking out. All in all not a very pleasant experience. I will NEVER BE BACK. Looking at the ownership I guess I should not be surprised. I'll stick to US owned Co's and avoid whereever it says owned by OYO. I suggest you do the same. The only bright light was the politeness of the Mexican desk clerk/lady
