Parking trop cher
Rien de spécial à reprocher aux prestations de l’hôtel mais compte tenu du tarif, je m’attendais à un peu plus de confort. Le prix du parking est exagéré : plus de 47 $ par jour (25 $ + 22 $ de taxes) sans le valet et sans possibilité de se garer ailleurs qu’à l’hôtel... Sinon personnel de service agréable et disponible

We’ve stayed here before and it’s sad to see the conditions of the landscaping, pool, smelly stale closet that made our close smell terrible, cracked sink that smelled like sewer when you get close to it as your brushing your teeth. As expensive as it was and the surprise resort fees and parking fees really not worth the money!!! Dried up grass areas everywhere, balcony planter had weeds and no plants anymore sad to see management doesn’t care much about the deteriorating resort that once was in way better shape!!! Site seeing other resorts and couldn’t help to notice their pristine landscaping. I upgraded my room to celebrate our anniversary and was very disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a King Ocean View room in Nalu building (4) 6th floor. The view was spectacular. Room was exactly like pictured. I didnt think it was dated at all but standard hotel decor. It was as expected. Room was clean and balcony was great. I loved the open air hallways nestled next to Black Rock. We dined at Coral Reef for breakfast (Benedicts!)and dinner (octopus app is so good). Cliff Dive for lunch (Mahi tacos!) and pool apps (chips and salsa)and Mai Tai for drinks (Julep!). Food was great, drinks were good, and prices on par with other area dining options. The nightly entertainment at Cliff Dive never disappointed. Staff are FANTASTIC!! From the valets and front desk, , to bartenders/servers to housekeeping and pool attendants. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool was chilly first 2 days, but not terrible (ocean was too), it warmed up rest of stay. I loved floating the lazy river between the two. Jacuzzi is nice!!! Standard size, if even a bit bigger (Ben is lying), fits 10 adults at least, and nestled into rock with waterfall. I loved it. The grounds are very well maintained. Landscaping is gorgeous. The koi pond is neat and well taken care of. The resort cat is so cute. We loved running into her. 🐈❤️ We also enjoyed the fire pit. Very nice in the evening to wind down and have a glass of wine. My only suggestion would be adding a few hammocks around property. 10/10 Will def be back! ❤️🌞

Staffs are very friendly, and it’s safe to walk at night. The rooms are spacious, and have the perfect view of the beach and the ocean. Easy access to the beach. My family loves the Luau show. A few things to improve are towel cleaness, bathroom is a bit dated, and balcony cleaness.

Highly recommend staying elsewhere for the money, staff was not friendly at all, rooms were old and dirty, pool was freezing cold and hot tub was the size of your thumb - food was awful for what they charge. Extremely disappointed in all aspects of this “hotel”, felt more like a motel than a “resort and spa”

Very nice resort. Only stayed one night. It was raining so we never got to use the pool or experience the beach. The room was nice...small beds in the double bed room though. Beautiful resort and very nice staff.

Resort was nice, right on the beach and large pool. The pool was pretty cold and the hot tub was broken one of the 2 days we were there. A few restaurants, very expensive but I guess inline with other touristy restaurants on Maui. No room service, not sure it was a staffing issue but room service was listed on the room phone.

We love the Sheraton! We stay there every year for our anniversary! Sheraton is walkable to Whalers Village and also has a couple of great dining options. The staff are very welcoming and the oceanfront deluxe room is to die for! Be back next year!

I loved the view & the atmosphere & the staff was all very friendly. However the room we stayed in never got cool. The bedding was very uncomfortable & stiff. And there was only one soda vending machine on the entire property which was sold out of everything but water. Having snacks & something to drink after everything else closed would’ve been nice. We also lost a night due to our flight being delayed & they didn’t offer any kind of compensation for it since we had already paid for our stay in advance.

The resort itself was lovely. The lazy river, the views from the room and black rock beach. The bar and restaurants are great. Good drinks and food. The room is small with the two double beds. The bedding is terrible. No fitted sheet just a lose sheet over the mattress. Room service only attended to our room on time in the four days we were there and we never had clean towels or clean linens and the dirty linens were piled and trash as well. The bell man didn’t help us with our bags and the people working the towel kiosk by the pool were rude. We inquired into how much a cabana would be and they stated it wasn’t the listed price on the wall it was higher but they didn’t know how much. I made a comment like it should be the listed price on the wall and they said basically we do what we want in Hawaii, deal with it. It was strange.

Not worth the price
We got a room with sheets that had dirt and hair on it. We asked for new sheets so they changed our room. Our new room was right next to the elevator shaft and it sounded like a train going through our room all night long so it was hard to sleep. The complimentary soap was empty. The pools were ok but I wish there were some slides. The room was like half a mile away from the parking garage so going anywhere took forever. The shower is small.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything we needed to have a great Hawaiian vacation was present. Great views, nice balcony, beautiful grounds. The staff was excellent. They were attentive and friendly. We traveled to this property because it seemed perfect for our son who is disabled. The staff made sure all our needs were taken care of from the time we made the reservation to the end of our trip. They even helped me with measuring the door to our room to make sure a beach wheelchair would fit. Particular shout out to the maid services. They were quick and efficient and helped keep our room clean. Another shout out to Kevin at Aqualini. He helped us use the pool lift each day.
