Clean but outdated.
Room given upon arrival not cleaned. Alternate room given clean but at room temperature 10 celcius during winter. Room temperature was lowered upon cleaning of second day below 10 again. Location ok, only 10 min walk to downtown. Would speak elsewhere if possible.

The only fault was that there is nowhere to hang clothes. They spent the night laying over chairs or hanging in the bathroom from the towel/facecloth rack. No mat inside the door and we had 4" of snow. Nicely decorated, comfortable side chair and stool, TV/Cable worked well and Wi-fi was very reliable.

Just a crack den . Workers made me pay a 200 dollar deposit lol. For a small, stinky disgusting room . Never will I stay there again . Go west another 10 km and stay at the best western in walkerton

No hot water not even warm tv didnt work was up for a wedding would never stay again when we told them there was no hotwater we where called liars only good thing we can say is bed was very comfortable

Our room had cobwebs, dead spiders, no hairdryer, house flies and the sink leaked. Overall wasn’t impressed by the cleanliness but was more disgusted with how the house keepers spoke to us as we were packing up. There’s a polite way to speak to customers staying and I think they could use a lesson or two on that aspect. After we spoke to them about extending our stay we could hear the two girls raising their voices walking down the hallway about them not wanting to be there and needing more bed sheets. I honestly think if it wasn’t for poor attitude from staff i would have just made a comment to the person at front desk about the cleanliness of our room and not had to write a review. I will not be staying here again until some changes are made

We booked this hotel last minute. Overall it’s Ok but I’m not impressed. The room was Ok bed is comfy. We had a fridge. Microwave and a coffee machine with no supplies. Had TV with cable that didn’t work. The location is great you have food basic and dollarama and Tim Hortons in walking distance and the casino is across the road. Overall it’s Ok but doesn’t deserve the price we paid for basic accommodation

We requested an early check in and did not receive it. I was told it would be added to our reservation and we had to wait an additional 3 hours for our room to be ready.

Hi Emily, thank you for your response.Our check in time is 3:00pm. We already provided your room at 2:00pm, as you had requested an 11am check in, and the room was not available at that time as our checkout time is 11am.So we already provided your room 1 hour early. thank you

Shower head was fixed with electrical tape. Had to stop at Dollarama to purchase cleaning supplies and buy a new shower curtain since the one they were using was scummy and stunk. Towels were so used they had nothing left to them. Played a game of guess what that stain is on the comforter, needless to say we have two new sleeping bags.

Not a whole lot of storage space, even though we rented a suite. The floor looked good as it has newish luxury vinyl tile, but could have been cleaner. Our feet and socks revealed the floor wasn’t clean. We appreciated that the paperwork was ready to go on our arrival. Quick check in and checkout

The property is not very well kept. The entranceway is messy and unkept. The coridor leading up to the rooms is dark. Outside there was a dumpster very close to the rooms and there were people using drugs. The room smelled so heavily of perfume or deodorizer it made it impossible to breathe or open the window as the dumpster was near by. There was a room key drop off box at the entrance that was broken and one could not leave the key for the room in and know it was in a safe place..
