L'hôtel est plus que bruyant, des travaux une bonne partie de la nuit, une pente dans la douche dans le mauvais sens qui entraîne une inondation de la salle de bain, des toilettes qui ne s'évacuent pas, heureusement que le personnel est sympathique.

Petit hôtel agréable dans le quartier de la cathédrale, dans une rue heureusement peu passante car il n'y a pas vraiment d'isolation phonique par rapport à la rue. Les chambres sont bien équipées et très confortables.

Réservé plus de 2 mois avant , on arrive le 02/05/2014 ,il n'y a pas de chambre ..,raison hotel en travaux ,on nous a placé dans 1 autre hotel à qualité encore inférieur apres 4 heures d'attendre . pendant ce temps ,l'acceuil continue à prendre les nouveaux clients . c'est vraiement un hotel à évité ,c'est bien joli sur les photos ,mais en réalité ,rien à voir reservé une chambre deluxe ,avec 1 lit double et 1 lit jumeau ,on se trouve dans une petite chamlbre sans fenêtre ,un lit seulement et mauvais odeur ,on pose la question à la réception on nous a dit ,on est familliere avec ,peut à cause ça ,on ne sent plus ..

Great staff, let me check in at 8am due to long flight. First day I had a cold shower because no one mentioned the extra switch to turn on hot water. Many cancellatins due to Corina and staff updated often.

I’ve rated this place excellent in most categories because that what I felt it deserved. To be clear, this is Vietnam, but unless you want to pay 3 times as much, you’re not going to do any better. The charm and attraction of the place is around the staff most especially Lucy who really couldn’t do enough for us. She helped us out from the moment we arrived until even after we’d checked out, answered all our questions and even came down the road to help me order vegetarian food, and was always happy and communicative. The place is ‘faded’, shall we say, but large room, cable TV with some English channels, absolutely no noise, en suite (if you book that option), powerful shower, good breakfast with small cooked options supplemented by buffet style bread, fruit, drinks, etc. It’s set in a little side street not far from St Joseph’s Cathedral, with plenty of places to eat in the same street and nearby. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to the lake and the old quarter (with a million coffee places!). Bus 86 from the airport, get off at Hotel Melia (stop 9 - the conductor will tell you) then about 10 minute walk up. Bus is only 35000 Dong (about $1.50) and only stops 4 or 5 times so quite fast. Would we stay there again Wouldn’t look anywhere else!

A fantastic place to stay
What an amazing place. The staff are so helpful. The food is excellent. Even when you are no longer a guest you are still treated as a guest - ordering taxis, giving us drinks. A great experience.

A real gem
I stayed at the Ritz Boutique for five nights in total, and what a pleasure it was. The hosts were friendly and hospitable, and really looked after me for the length of my stay. My room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had instant hot running water which was a delight. I sampled the breakfast twice during my stay, and both times it was delicious. To be honest, for the price they charge, I coudn't really fault this Hotel. I can thoroughly recommend it.

화장실에 전등도 세면대에만 있고 샤워실엔 따로 없어서 무척 어두웠음. 방은 넓었지만 방음이 안되서 잠자기 불편했음. 하루만 자고 일찍 나와서 조식은 모르겠음.

Foi uma experiência gratificante dado a localização do hotel, perto de todos os monumentos. Gostei bastante do staff contudo penso que podem melhorar bastante o local que oferecem para tomar banho depois de fazer o check out, nos casos como o nosso que só tivemos voo às 22H00, e fizemos o check out às 12H00.

Nice hotel in central city. Staff were helpful, and provided us with a great day trip out of Hanoi. Room was a bit noisy due to construction starting early on the building next door, but overall a good choice to stay in.

Safe didn’t work. Staff always trying to sell tours. Very loud construction starting at 6am in lot immediately adjacent. Great breakfast. Clean street off beaten path. Clean room.

Hanoi's first visit. I checked in very late at night. Thank the staff for their late waiting and guidance. Free breakfast is delicious and the service is very kind. I like clean sheets every day. Comfort and value in a nice street
We chose the Ritz Boutique hotel on our previous trip to Hanoi and didn't hesitate to book in there again. Situated in an attractive small street behind St. Joseph's cathedral it's location is perfect for walking around the old town. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Most delightful though is the charm and warm hospitality shown by Thuy and the rest of the staff. My wife and I had a delightful six nights there and would highly recommend it! Richard and June

旧市街セントジョセフ教会に近くアクセス良い
朝食なしで3000円くらいの安宿なのであまり期待していなかったのですが、係員の対応がよく、好感を持ちました。建物は古いですが、部屋は広く、テレビ、エアコンなどは日本製で特に不自由なことはありません。旧市街のメインストリートに近く、コンビニのサークルKやレストラン、旅行代理店が多いので、便利な立地でした。

It was my first trip to Hanoi so I was trying to get the center when I booked this hotel. I had large room and was very clean, however the mattress lucking springs as it is foam mattress. Staff were very friendly and polite, hotel has the best breakfast I have seen in many hotels I stayed in Ho Chi Minh. However I am very disappointed the area hotel located as the traffic was very bad, I had meetings every time my friends try to visit or pick me up was really challenge , the hotel need to improve it's internet I had to call the reception to find out what's going on as my connection were interrupted non-stop, but overall my two nights i stayed this hotel was good.

예약 다 해놓고 갔는데 방 없다고 싸구려 호텔로 옮겨줌
Late Check-In하려하니 방이 없다는 매니저 메모와 함께 다른 호텔로 이동할 택시를 불러줬다. 택시기사한테 주소지 알려주고 요금도 내주긴 했는데, 그 숙소에서도 방이 없다며 또 다른 숙소로 이동하게 했다. 후미진 숙소로 이동하는 동안 택시 안에서 겁나 쫄았음. 결국 내가 잔 숙소는 한국의 모텔급도 안되는 엄청나게 후진 시설. 나중에 알아보니 원래 예약/결제한 금액보다 훨씬 싼 호텔에 잔 것이었음. 리츠 부티크 호텔 절대 가지 마시길.

Great stay at Ritz Boutique hotel
We paid US$ 32 /night and totally enjoyed every single day staying here. They provided everything, such air A/C, mini bar, wardrobe, safety box, telephone, hot hower,bathtub and in-room complimentary tea and coffee, complimentary toiletries. Rooms were big and clean, and beds were comfortable. There was even breakfast provided in their restaurant, that was decent. Great value for money and location was fantastic as well, closed to hoan kiem lake in Hanoi Old Quarer. Would definitely stay here if I return to Hanoi. And more, we booked all of our travels with the hotel and got great tour qualities, excellent price

This was our second stay. Same as previous review, staff was wonderful, Thuy was especially helpful and friendly. They give you a map to see the town and advice how to avoid scams. Rooms are clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It's right in the center of Hanoi on the more quiet street. Great breakfast with best tour arrangements

great location - mediocre room
Great location to walk around. Felt safe as well. The room was mediocre. It was large but it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. For example, we noticed that the area around the A/C unit was not cleaned (thankfully we did not need to use it as we were there in March). The shower was small and the draining system very slow (we experienced the slow draining issue at another hotel nearby - we were in Hanoi, left for a few days then returned but Ritz was booked, hence or booking another hotel). WiFi was good. I would recommend this option to friends if the price point is 25 USD or less per night.

這是我這麼多年旅遊住宿碰過最離譜的飯店! 住宿2晚.第一晚茶盤上有杯子沒附飲用水.打電話詢問回覆說所有水都要付費.晚上掀開棉被發現有黑色汙漬及枕頭上有遺留下的頭髮....第2天一進房間擺了2瓶飲用水(不是說要付費嗎?可見是第一天根本就忘了放還不承認)然後看見我掛在椅背上的外套居然放了2個枕頭套.床上棉被亂捲成一團.枕頭沒套枕套...整間房間只有廁所一個小垃圾桶.落地燈歪斜不穩還會晃...真是無言~

화장실 제외하고 가격대비 만족
위치는 성조셉성당 인근 골목이라 찾기 나쁘진 않지만 17번버스 이용시에는 구글맵 필수입니다. 카운터직원들은 친절하고 도착하자 물한잔과 체크인 해주었습니다. 가격대비 시설이나 청결도는 좋았고 에어컨도 잘되었습니다. 하지만 화장실 변기의 물내리는 방식이 변기 옆에 있는 호스로 물을 내리는 방식이라 조금 불편합니다. 그외에 가격대비 만족스러웠고 조식은 안먹었습니다. 도보10분거리에 인티맥스마트, 호안끼엠호수, pha10, 분짜닥킴, 성조셉성당, 콩카페, 하이랜드커피 등 유명 카페, 관광지, 먹거리등이 있어 도보로 관광 가능합니다. 아 여기는 생수제공없습니다.

Don't let them relocate you to a dirty hotel
Having seen the Tripadvisor reviews by Emilydothu, Peter W and PeterCoach stating that management claimed the hotel was overbooked and moved them to a filthy, presumably affiliated hotel, I had my reservations. On my second morning I was awakened with a 9am phone call from reception with the "overbooked" excuse and offer of a room at an affiliated hotel. It was obvious this hotel was being systematically used to bait travelers and switch them to another more difficult to sell, dirtier, less desirable or all the above. I confronted the reception lady with the reviews, and her excuse was they occurred under prior management. A likely story, seeing as the most recent review was 31 March 2016. I stood my ground and refused to relocate, and was asked to leave. I contacted the relocation team at Hotels.com who very graciously looked up comparable hotels in the area for me, offered me one, handled the entire booking process and stayed on the line the whole time. It pays to know your rights, and have access to wifi or a local data plan to call your booking portal with- something the Ritz is obviously hoping you will not have.

Dear the valued guest, We would like to thank you again for your stay at the Ritz Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. We are sorry to hear that you did not feel happy when having to move to the other hotel. However, it was not our hotel's fault since we did informed you that we would not have any free room next day. When you first arrived and you made the reservation for 1 night (26th Jul), we did explain to you that we would not have any free room the following days. Because of the internet connection, we could not be able to close the room on the internet for next 72 hours. We advised that you should not make any booking for 27th and 28th July other wise we had to move you to other hotel. Then, you said: "i would make the online booking for the next days and you must accommodate us". Then, you intentionally made one more booking on the internet. As we had explained, we could not arrange any room for you. We could not ask others who were staying to check out and got one room for you. So, next time, it is a better idea that yo should not try to push someone do things that they could not do. Take it easy we both feel more happy and everyone will be happy. Nice Boutique Hotel In Hanoi
The hotel is located at very quiet street with surrounding by many beautiful old building. Walking distance to many tourist spots such as Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, St Joseph's Cathedral etc. Many cafe and local restaurant nearby the hotel where you can found cheap and delicious local foods. The room is very big and clean, very comfortable, the staff is nice and polite, always prepare for help. Will stay at this hotel again if travel to Hanoi.

허술한 리셉션, 나머지 모든것은 딱 보통
발코니가 있는 방이라고 명시되어 있어서 일부러 여러개 찾은 것들 중에 선택했는데 가서보니 발코니 있는 방 자체가 없다고 하더라구요. 제가 부킹한 인포 보여주면서 재확인 했으나 살짝 귀찮아하며 아니라고 그런방 없다고해서 그냥 말았어요. 정보 수정 하셔야 할듯해요! 또 하나, 얼리 체크인 한다고 미리 전화까지 해놨는데, 아침일찍 도착하니 로비 불 다 꺼져있고 직원은 쇼파에서 자고 있고요 제가 깨워서 체크인 했는데 잠덜깬 상태로 왜 지금 왔냐고 묻더군요 ㅋㅋ 보니까 호텔쪽 기록엔 이미 적어뒀더만요 그 큰 두가지 말고 나머지 위치 시설 청결도 등등은 아주 보통입니다 가격대비는 나쁘지 않아요. 제가 이 호텔을 다시 선택 할 일은 없지만요...
