You could not take room in Ritz boutique hotel. We have to move another hotel. We already check hotel in there. They said you happy, We do not to know this problem like that. We are sorry about that. Thanks for your time gave us review. We can not to check who you are. You was stay in our hotel what was the date. Probably, You was stay in while old owner did it in here. How about the location of our hotel you said it not good. It near the Church, the Hoan Kiem lake just 5 munites on foot. Our hotel is in one of small street, Very quiet. We are sure taxi can come inside of street.
We are make sure if you come stay our hotel again. We will show you more clearly.

On behalf of the hotel, we would like to apologize for making your trip not a great one.
By mistake, our new receptionist gave your room to one of other customer having the same name with yours (Thomas). We recognized 30 minutes after that and talked to the guests. They felt unhappy to have to change the hotel room, so we tried to accommodate them. We then some how made you feel disappointed.
One more time we are sorry about this.

We would like to thank you again for your stay at the Ritz Boutique Hotel in Hanoi.
We are sorry to hear that you did not feel happy when having to move to the other hotel. However, it was not our hotel's fault since we did informed you that we would not have any free room next day.
When you first arrived and you made the reservation for 1 night (26th Jul), we did explain to you that we would not have any free room the following days. Because of the internet connection, we could not be able to close the room on the internet for next 72 hours. We advised that you should not make any booking for 27th and 28th July other wise we had to move you to other hotel. Then, you said: "i would make the online booking for the next days and you must accommodate us". Then, you intentionally made one more booking on the internet. As we had explained, we could not arrange any room for you. We could not ask others who were staying to check out and got one room for you.
So, next time, it is a better idea that yo should not try to push someone do things that they could not do. Take it easy we both feel more happy and everyone will be happy.
