Very cute
Cute boutique hotel in a fun location. Lots of restaurants and just up the street from Bahia Gardens. People were friendly and helpful. Room was quirky and fun. Parking for check in was difficult especially with luggage, after that there is a parking lot or street parking.

El hotel muy bien, los cuartos amplios y muy bonitos. sin embargo no tiene elevador para subir maletas y son dos pisos. Eso lo podrían poner en algún punto cuando haces la reserva. Excelente ubicación y en el desayuno tienen 3 opciones de restaurantes para tomarlo.

Outstanding staff. Hat's off to Angela who always greeted us at the door. Room was updated modern, clean and the shower pressure was fantastic. Flowered balcony area was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Excellent place, excellent location right in the heart of the German Colony.

Very nice hotel in good location. The service was just fine. The additional fees for the patio was not necessary because the patio is on a parking lot and useful maybe for smokers.

Perfect for a night in Haifa
Good location with plenty of places to eat out. The rooms had a cool vibe and were clean and comfy. Only downside is that there is plenty of nightlife noise even on weekdays. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s within an easy walking distance from the train station.

I enjoyed the charm and character of the room. It had a very unique layout and all the in room amenities that one could want and ask for at this price point. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast, prepared at the adjoining restaurant, had good choices and large portions. Everything is close by, so waking to other restaurants and shopping is easy and the overall area is well maintained. I would stay here again if I return to Haifa.

Not recommended
Terrible place. Moldy, smelly room, with a little window and a wierd high step between the room and and the bed. Also the shower has no privacy. The person at the reception told us a lot of people complain exactly about these isues but managment doesnt fix it.

We were left a bit puzzled about this hotel. It had that unique boutique vibe and the staff was very nice and helpful, but the design of the room was quite weird and uncomfortable with a transparent shower in the middle of it and a toilet with glass door, which made us work hard to give each other privacy while using both of them. Nice stay but weird.

Nice hotel , but the rooms has some problems
The lobby is very nice, and breakfast is with several options on nearby restaurants, The room was very designed and stylish, however, it seems like there was not too much practicality in the design; the bedding area is one step higher than the rest of the room ( tou may trip and fall when you wake up at night. The shower area has glass walls, so when I woke up in the morning, had to do everything in the dark, in order to not wake up my husband

Great location
Our room was clean and had all basic amenities except a microwave, but one was available in the hotel common area.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially with calling for taxis, which can be very confusing for English-only speakers. The breakfast that's included is off-site; I highly reommend the breakfast buffet at the Golden Crown Hotel which is a 7 minute walk to get to but definitely worth it. A warning for folks with mobility issues: tell the Templer hotel staff before arrival so they can reserve you a ground floor room.

Decepsion
Reserve la mejor habitacion para festejar dos acontecimientos con mi mujer El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la noche mas fria del invierno . Me dijeron como respuesta que con esas temperatuas (11°)!!! El AC no funciona !! Al informar que esa situacion anulaba la reserva , no pasaron a otra habitacion donde si funcionaba el AC . En la nueva habitacion el agua de la ducha llegaba hasta la cama y la limpeza del baño mostraba varios puntos con moho .. Ellos aceptaron devolver la diferencia entre el costo de las 2 habitaciones pero aun nadie de los responsables se digno a llamarme o pedir disculpas ..

The first room I stayed in lacked hot water, and they put me in an upstairs beautiful room that was lovely in every way. Beautiful decor, HOT water, and a lovely terrace.

The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are through a separate entrance than the reception that takes you across a restaurant patio. The hotel doesn't have extras but the room was nice and clean and felt recently updated. Loved the location.
