Hotel choisi sur la route du retour vers TelAviv. Zone en travaux, pas de parking à l'hotel mais accueil chaleureux, upgradé dans une "suite" familiale pour (grace à) notre fille. Très belle chambre.

Beware extremely high extra costs
Beautiful hotel, we came with our children and booked two premier suites via Expedia with an amazing view. It wasn't possible to order the meals by internet, so I asked the reception desk for booking the meals dinner and lunch. What was my surprise when he asked me for an extremly high price per meal and per guest! I kindly complained to the man in charge (Erez) that It was extremely expensive. ! He acknowledged with me that it was extremely expensive and offered to try to negotiate with his manager. After 15 mn he came back saying that he was sorry but there was no room for any negotiations and we would have to pay the same high rate adult and children the same cost! It was the first time I paid such a high price for a meal in a Hotel even in the famous king David hotel in Jerusalem they offer prices for the children and not this scandalous price for adults. The next day, our rooms weren't cleaned up so I asked for someone to take care of this at 2pm, nobody came so I called back and finally they cleaned up the rooms at 5:30pm.The last day of our staying, upon checking out the receptionist asked us for paying the rooms although we paid them upon arrival! I tried to show her the receipt of payment and she shouted at me "the rooms are not paid it is written on my screen!" Upon hearing this the kind man Erez came and told her to calm down and he show her that we paid our rooms upon arrival. so she apologized and we leaved this place with a bitter taste and no plan to come back

Très bel Hotel ! Face à la mer
Hotel entièrement rénové ! tout neuf, nous devions être parmi les tous premiers occupants de notre chambre !!!! mais nous avons été déçu car les travaux dans l’hôtel pas encore finis , les chambres manquaient d'équipement (Séchoir cheveux, coffre .....) les toilettes non fixés au mur, poussière et plâtre pas encore enlevés dans la salle de bain... Pas de connexion TV .......

Stay for a Family Wedding
My family occupied a total of six (6) rooms so we all could attend my eldest daughter's wedding at ECO Events. I have had better experiences. Bathing - several of the rooms had clogged drains that had to be cleared. Parking - plenty of it, but is was a walk from the hotel entrance. WiFi - very poor in my room 1001. I asked several times about it but was always put off by the team". Pool - the outside pool closed at 18:00. This is the SUMMER! Now, on the flip side... Breakfast - great, as I usually find in Israeli hotels. Room cleanliness - very good. Staff at the desk - also great. Security - again, great. This is the only hotel that I know of in Hadera. I am ambivalent about staying there again.

מיקום המלון מעולה אבל רמת הניקיון בחדר ירודה ומכזבת ביותר. החדר לא נקי ורואים שהמנקים לא באמת טורחים לנקות באופן יסודי וזה חבל ומצער כי המלון כמו שציינתי במיקום מצויין וארוחת הבוקר טעימה ומגוונת. הייתה נזילה במקרר ונפלה חתיכת ברזל מדלת ההזזה שמפרידה בין הסלון לחדר השינה. חבל שאיש התחזוקה שהגיע על מנת לתקן לא ניקה והשאיר לכלוך. בקיצור לא מופתע מרמת הניקיון במלונות בארץ .

Fantastische Lage und Gartenlage! Sehr grosses, sauberes Spsswasserpool mit 1 gedeckten, grossen Babypool und einem gedeckten Pool, wo Kinder noch abstehen können. Öffentlicher Strand in ruhiger Badebucht. Viele Liegestühlle. Privat geführtes Restaurant am Pool. Zimmer gross, aber einfach möbliert. Matratzen sehr gut! Essen sehr gut im Hotel (Buffet). Kommen wieder mit Enkeln!

Beware!!!!
Lovely view of the Mediterranean. Other than that - STAY AWAY!!!! Not only is the place occasionally uninhabitable, but management is comprised of incompetent liars! As an example, for our six night stay in two rooms, we had no hot water for several days and NO WATER at all for a day. On the day we had no water, management informed us that it was a municipal issue, not a hotel issue. Lie no. 1 - I have family members that live down the street from the hotel. They had water. Lie no. 2 - after expressing our concerns over the water and several other issues (e.g., no heat at all at times, inability to regulate temperatures in the room generally, bathroom flooding and no garbage cans in one of the rooms at all for the entire stay), management said they would refund us for a large portion of our stay; but that we needed to do so through Hotels.com since that was how we booked. Well, we did so (hotels.com was pleasant and helpful through the process), but just heard today that the hotel denied the refund request. While this isn't the end of my battle with management of the hotel (i am now working directly through corporate customer service), I wanted to make sure that other potential customers could take into consideration my family's experience when evaluating whether to book this hotel.

Entire hotel did not have hot water for first day of stay. Then one of our rooms had a major leak from balcony doors during a driving rain storm. The General Manager did the right thing in settling the bill, but didn’t change the fact that the facility itself seems faulty

Excellent View! The room was clean and updated, the hotel was in the middle of updating. Great waterfront location with shopping about a mile away. Nice waterfront restaurant where the Mediterranean breeze passes through the open walkways with great views. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, they made extra efforts to provide the best room available and to make my stay enjoyable :)

The Bedt Secret in Israel. A must
Ramada hotel in Hadera , Israel is fabulous. The room is modern and technically equipped. It was very clean. The view was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. The kind of coffee machine Jura that I have at home. Fabulous. The staff very helpful and friendly. I would give this hotel five stars. And a must when visiting Israel.

How could a newer hotel be such a dump? The bathroom was filthy. I’m talking bio hazard dirty. Moldy grout. Hair. Disgusting. No hot water for two days. Double booked my room, the told me I had to leave early.

GREAT VIEW mediocre service
The view is amazing! The rooms were clean. They were attentive to service when it came to incidentals or an emergency cleaning of a broken glass bottle. They did not respond immediately for technical problems. Two days in a row I needed help with the TV. The 1st technician made us wait 1 and half hours before coming to the room. The problem really wasn't fixed but we got by. The 2nd technician took an hour and a half to show up and did manage to adequately fix the tv. Lastly on our last day we could not get the AC to turn on. We called for help at 1030am, no one came. We checked out early at 8pm we left the balcony door open to get air even though it was not that breezy.

Beautiful view
Splendid view of the ocean, beautiful suit, however it needs to be cleaned, housekeeping only makes the beds and puts clean towels, they don’t disk or clean the floors. The staff needs to be trained in customer service and smile very rude staff
