L'hôtel est très bien placé, légèrement en retrait du tumulte de la ville. Un hôtel à taille humaine avec peu de chambres et une directrice au top ! Arrivés tardivement le 1er soir, elle nous a attendu et a appelé des amis à elle pour maintenir leur restaurant ouvert le temps de notre venue. Chaque jour, Sara vient aux nouvelles en nous proposant de nouvelles activités, en nous donnant de bons conseils et en prenant soin de nous. Un vrai plaisir ! De plus, son équipe est aux petits soins, que ce soit pour le transport depuis et jusqu'à l'aéroport, que ce soit pour le ménage, le petit-déjeuner et tout le reste. En parlant de petit-déjeuner, celui-ci est très copieux et modifiable à souhait avec une plage horaire très large. Un gros point positif ! Enfin, les chambres sont spacieuses et fournissent toutes un petit coin cuisine, un vrai plus pour stocker de la nourriture ou ne pas aller au restaurant à chaque repas. En conclusion, un très bel hôtel (chambres, piscine, lieu), un personnel et une directrice aux petits oignons, un prix somme toute correct (surtout au regard d'autres hôtels aux alentours...) et de quoi bien manger. Que demander de plus ?

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'hôtel et génial et magnifiquement bien situé à Fira. Sara est une hôte attentionnée et proche de ses clients, ses indications nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances et de découvrir tout Santorin. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et tout le personnel est très sympa!

Le meilleur hôtel de Fira sans aucun doute, tout peut se faire a pied de l’hôtel, de plus proximité avec l’arrêt de bus. Sans parler de Sara la responsable qui est juste exceptionnelle, ainsi que tout le personnel ! Hôtel au calme et intimiste, juste un seul mot : parfait ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

lls viennent te récupérer et te déposer à l aéroport (pas besoin de se soucier de taxi). L’établissement est bien situé dans Fira, Wifi excellent, petit dej varié et ramené dans ta chambre. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour à Santorin. Grand merci à Sara pour ces conseils pour visiter cette belle île.

ce petit hôtel de 6 chambres est très bien situé, à 5mn à pied du centre de Fira. l'architecture troglodyte des chambres et le calme en font l'atout majeur. la piscine chauffée est la bienvenue l'après-midi. l'accueil de Sarah et sa disponibilité sont également très appréciable.un plus, le transfert gratuit de et vers l'aéroport.

We were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the hotel was when we arrived. During our 3-day stay, we talked with Ares, Salome, and Alexandra. All of them were fantastic and provided very helpful suggestions (from where to buy local wine to where to eat and go). We also got a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and less than 10 minutes walking from the Fira bus station. Breakfast is included. There is an order form for the guests to choose breakfast items each night and breakfast is delivered to the room next morning. Plenty of options on the menu. Good quality food. Our friends checked in a week later and they also loved it! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Lovely pool, very clean suite. Pool filter and air con next to our Junior Cave Suite were noisy. Breakfast was cold (both omelette and coffee) and from a local cafe, not prepared on site. Good location. Very quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They all go above and beyond. The location couldn't be better; it's close to the city center and in a walkable neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the nice hot tub. Highly recommended!

Very clean hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Helpful with booking or directions. They even made sure we had breakfast to go since we had a very early flight. Everyone is super friendly. Only draw back is no view.

When you first enter the area it is a bit concerning bc you can’t drive in. There’s a garbage dump, a torn down building and you walk thru what looks like a bombed out area. Then you reach the hotel. Such an oasis amongst the rubble. Beautiful pools, amazing rooms and so unique. Location. Is very quiet at night. Service is incredible. If I had to say the dislikes: no view of anything as it’s sunken, not enough electrical plugs (sounds crazy but there were only 4 plugs in a suite bc of the ac taking out the others!) and the bathroom open concept is a bit “too open” - no shower doors (and no place to put your shampoo or soap). We are a close family but “not that close”. Overall I’d definitely stay again. The proximity to the main area and the incredible rooms made it worth while. Oh and “Ares” is just the cherry on top! Superb service.

Room was a nice size. Person at check in was very friendly. Difficult to get clear directions to places from staff. Did not feel safe trying to find hotel at night. Did not get any help with luggage (going up the stairs) at check out.

As for the check out procedure we always help our guests with their luggage, is important though to inform us in advance when you are ready to check out in order to carry them for you. Staff were amazing, especially Alex at reception. Beautiful once on property and rooms are spacious and well appointed. Only challenge was communication with taxi on were to get dropped off as the property was difficult to locate but this may be the same issue with most locations in Fira that don’t have a street fronting them. Great value!
