Sie haben Superior Zimmer mit Landblick gebucht und dies beim Check In auch bekommen. Superior Zimmer sind die modern ausgestatteten Zimmer. Wenn Sie es laut fanden und es an der Rezeption gemeldet hätten würden wir sicher eine Lösung für Sie finden. Es wäre sehr hilfreich für uns, wenn Sie alle Ihre Kritikpunkte vor Ihrer Abreise bei uns vorgebracht hätten und uns so die Möglichkeit gegeben hätten, Ihre Kommentare mit Ihnen konstruktiv zu diskutieren. Dies hilft uns, uns stetig zu verbessern und Ihnen hätten wir vor Ort den Urlaub somit bequemer gestalten können. Nach Ihrer Abreise können wir leider nichts mehr tun, um Ihre schlechte Eindrücken zu verbessern. We are really sorry that, despite our best efforts to satisfy you, you have had bad impressions of our resort. We would like to inform you like in each hotel like in our taking meal out of the restaurant and going to have it at the bar is not allowed because of Haacp and Iso Sir. The staff was not rude they just informed you that this is not allowed and you should take your meals at the restaurant. Our resort is a family oriented and quiet resort. The information about towels and safe are everywhere written Sir. Towels are just with deposit and you can get them every moment. Just the change of them was 3 times a week. We are sorry to read, that you have faced difficulties to handle the toilet flush in your room. One of our top priorities is to correct any malfunction immediately. We have checked our maintenance files and we didn’t find any relevant malfunction reported during your stay. We have also checked the flush and it works normally. The pool closes at 18.30 due to the restaurant’s operation and cleaning procedures in order to prepare the space for the evening activities of the guests. We do hope that after 18.30 you have enjoyed the beach, just next to the pool area.
