Dear Guest, First of all let me thank you for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We respect and value your feedback but because you raised a lot of issues please allow us to address our opinion upon these matters. Our F&B offer is 24 hours per day. We serve drinks in all our departments and water especially everywhere. Claiming our bar and reception staff unfriendly is a first in our comment history as they are the most praised asset of our hotel.
We really appreciate your comments about the hotel and the interior design. We take under serious consideration all of your thoughts as our goal is to improve ourselves and the service we provide to our guests. We forwarded all the issues reported to the head of departments to take the proper measures.
