We are sorry to learn that you were not quite satisfied with your experience here and that the level of services rendered did not meet your expectations. Thank you for your kind words regarding the professionalism of our Restaurant staff that as far as we can tell from the majority of our guest’s reviews, extends to all of our personnel and we are disappointed that you had a different experience. Kindly note that the mini fridge in the room is not described as a mini bar in any of our catalogs, as this is only a mini-fridge service that we enhance with a welcome offer upon arrival. The design of our Hotel is based on the traditional Greek island’s village concept and it is therefore amphitheatrically build so that we can make most of the view but that also means that one may see the rooms that are located down the hill but most of our guests find this to be part of its unique and magnificent charm.
Rest assured that your constructive input is noted and taken into consideration.
