Magnifique hôtel et personnel très sympa
Un hôtel vraiment sympa avec une magnifique suite signature (Infinity Suite), avec piscine intérieure et extérieure ! Le personnel est très agréable et très à l'écoute, ils font tout pour qu'on ait besoin de penser à rien. Le seul bémol est la propreté, le sol de la chambre n'était pas nettoyé lors du ménage quotidien, et il y avait déjà quelques cheveux en arrivant. On peut se poser quelques questions sur la filtration de l'eau des piscines, si elles sont bien traités ou non, l'eau devient un peu trouble et n'est pas bleue pétant comme sur certaines photos. L'état de l'hôtel est bien même si certaines choses sont un peu abîmées ou ne fonctionne pas mais c'est assez habituel en Grèce dans tous les hôtels. Il y a toujours plein d'interrupteurs qui n'eclairent aucune lumière. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique surtout livré dans la suite ! Malgré le prix élevé c'est un endroit superbe avec une magnifique vue sur le coucher de soleil !

Amazing Stay
This was the most amazing stay. We stayed just at the end of the season, and it was fabulous. No crowds, no heat. The property was fantastic and well kept. The hospitality is unmatched. You get what you pay for people!! Don’t hesitate to book!

Our stay at the Dana Villas was wonderful. From the beginning, the communications were excellent. We made arrangements for an airport pickup which worked great. Our room was beautiful. The restaurant and pool were close by and easy to use. Alex and Thamous were both outstanding--each working hard to outdo one another in service. Two nights we had dinner at a table placed on a pedestal above the pool with a spectacular sunset view of the caldera. I can't rate Dana Villas highly enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at visiting Santorini!

A must stay for sure!
Couldn’t recommend this hotel more! They made us feel so special on our honeymoon. They welcomed us with flowers and wine, it was lovely. The hotel rooms are SO nice and the views are breathtaking. The staff was also very helpful, which we were so greatful for given all the steps! The included breakfast was also incredible, like the best we had oh my god. I also want to mention how lovely the guys were at the restaurant/bar area both morning and night. Those guys made our day, they were so nice and funny. We can’t wait to come back here!

Absolutely fabulous! All I can say is - if you're going to Santorini, then stay here! Beautiful property with stunning views and wonderful staff. From the minute we stepped into the reception, with jaw dropping views, we received a warm welcome and it just got better from there. A delicious breakfast served by the infinity pool with that view, wine and desserts left in the room and Rituals bathroom products. We will definitely be back next year. An extra special thanks to Alex who looked after us so well.

Views were spectacular. The service was impeccable. Not a place to go if you have mobility issues. There are a lot of stairs, many of which are uneven (this is very, very typical of all of Santorini including public walks).

The staff is very respectful and helpful! They went above and beyond to make the stay experience memorable. Some things need to be addressed. For the price that we paid to stay here per night, you would expect everything to be perfect. Room service food was not the same as the restaurant, you had to pay extra for food to come to your room to enjoy the breakfast floating in your plunge pool yet the food came an hour late than the time you set up with the team. The next time we ordered dinner to our room and it some of our requested items didnt come either. We stopped eating in our room and decided why pay extra for room to be delivered to our room just for it to be cold or not up to par compared to the same exact items getting served in the hotel restaurant. Manager was quick to waive the costs when we complained. The other thing we LOST power in our room the night before we had to leave at 11pm! After waiting thinking it was the whole property, the fault came out to be only in our room and we let the front desk know they offered to change our room but at that point it was like almost 12:30 am after they tried to fix it first. We declined because we would have had to pack all our belongings to move to another room to stay the night and have to checkout the next morning before 11am to make it to the airport which was very inconvenient. A couple other malfunctioning things in the room as well, such as the cave jacuzzi dripped into the room and the jets not working.

This is a great Hotel. If you want a quiet stay, avoid the rooms around the pool. We did not enjoy the music from the pool, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a different room where it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and it’s just amazing especially the sunset.

Absolutely beautiful. Kaylee the concierge was incredible, as well as Argie. Kaylee helped to organize and reserve so many fun adventures, from a sunset cruise, spa amenities, dinners, and wine tours. We so enjoyed our stay. I wish more stuff in the town had been open, but that comes with the timing of our trip. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

I was super excited about this and my husband payed more than a grand per night because it was our honeymoon and we had been waiting a year for it due to covid. However we were both quite underwhelmed. We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa and I loved the river pool and really enjoyed the caldera view but the indoor pool was supposed to be heated and it was really cold. I know it was standard heating but wouldn't hurt to make it a little warmer for the fall time guests. The inside of the villa was a little old and definitely lived in but super clean nonetheless. The daybed and couch outside were definitely dirty and smelled so bad so I spread towels before I laid out and used one of the inside pillows as the outside day bed pillows were kind of stinky. I also really enjoyed the in bedroom sauna/heated shower which was so relaxing and loved the little treats they left in our room everyday. Overall it was a great experience, especially loved the river pool! Also close to Fira so location wise it was great!
