Kindly allow us to advise that opening duration/s and hours are subject to occupancy, as well as weather conditions and therefore may vary. Guest's in general are kindly requested to refer to actual notice boards & TV/screens in the hotel.
As concerning the tennis net, please note this is a multi-function-court and were used at the time by a group who requested this to be removed. For guest's who arranged their tennis-reservation with the front desk, the net was placed.
Rest assured we very much appreciate all comments and take them into great consideration.
We'd love to welcome you back, perhaps you'd like to try the executive room with outdoor Jacuzzi than? Our best services are granted!

Sure the Blue Bay Resort is an ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation in a quite surrounding.
3,80€ for a bus ride to Heraklion, the capital of Crete, which is in distance of about 23kms from the hotel is most likely understood as fair to cheap rate. However, your criticism is as welcome as the time you have taken to write this review.
Crete is a middle distance and summer location, which is not frequented by tour operators providing package holidays during winter time. Nevertheless, the spring and autumn months each year are not as hot as high season months can become.
