À recommander sans hésitation
Un hôtel très paisible, parfait pour notre quête de calme et repos. Très bon petit-déjeuner, très bons milkshakes, dîners délicieux, le service professionnel et aimable. L'hôtel en général mérite ses 5 étoiles, tout est très propre, les piscines magnifiques, la plage toute aussi belle. Pour découvrir l'île de Kos on peut louer des Quads, motos ou buggys directement à la réception. Le tout pour un prix défiant toute concurrence. On ne peut pas attendre d'y retourner le plus vite possible !

Très bel hôtel
Hôtel à taille humaine, personnel très accueillant. Quelque peu perdu mais des navettes toutes les heures pour descendre à la ville la plus proche. Je recommande la location d'une voiture pendant deux ou trois jours pour visiter l'île et sortir de l'hôtel le soir car manque cruel d'animation. Je recommande sans hésiter cet établissement.

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde con piscine che accompagnano tutto il percorso alla spiaggia, si affaccia direttamente in un tratto di mare stupendo con spiaggia di sabbia, ombrelloni in paglia e lettini in legno comodissimi. Il personale gentilissimo, la ristorazione varia e completa. Le camere ampie con grande terrazzo, il bagno è dotato sia di doccia che di vasca con doccia. Se proprio vogliamo trovare unica pecca i vialetti di accesso alla reception e alle camere sono fatte di quadratini 10x10 distanziati e quindi non adatti ai tacchi e alle valigie con ruote.

The room was clean the beach is 2 minutes far from the room.... everything is perfect, if I have to say something bad I would say the food .. it’s average and during the all week t was always the same ... I highly raccomand this resort if you wanna relax

Wir haben uns für die Option mit dem sharing pool entschieden und es keine Sekunde bereut da man sehr für sich ist sehr gut entspannen kann . Die Zimmer sind super komfortabel und liegen mit direktem Zugang zum sharing pool. Der Service von dem Hotel Personal ist super und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt nur Frühstück dazu gebucht und das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich super. Tolle große Auswahl und alles sehr frisch.

This is our 5th time in Helona. The room 417 with the pool has musty smell and too noisy because its close to the restaurant. If possible stay at superior pool room not the deluxe pool room. And try to stay away from the restaurant.Hotel tried the best to find the solution but august is the busiest season i’ve ever seen. Room location is important.

В целом отель понравился, если бы не два момента: 1. Мы приехали в 13:15, (2 взрослых и трое детей до 11 лет), нам дали два номера вместо одного двухкомнатного, что хорошо, но заселится сказали модно будет только не раньше 14:00. Я попросил по возможности заселить пораньше т.к. Мы с маленькими детьми и устали с дороги, мне обещали перезвонить. Мы пошли осматриваться в отеле и купили большую надувную игрушку Единорога для пляжа и бассейна. Естественно нам никто не перезвонил и когда мы пришли в 14:00 на ресепшн, на нас никто не обращал внимания продолжая обслуживать вновь прибывающих. Мы подождали минут 10 и подошли, напомнить о себе. Нам выдали ключи и попросили подождать пока нас отвезёт на машинке служащий. В итоге мы ждали полчаса пока не развезли всех тех кто приехал позже нас!!! При том, что мы были с 3 маленькими детьми, младшему нет ещё и 3 х лет. Второй омрачающий пребывание момент произошёл именно с тем надувным Единорогом которого мы купили в отеле - на второй день его кто-то украл от нашего номера!!! Пока мы вечером уезжали погулять в Кардамену . В итоге игрушку так и не нашли, сказали что ответственности за вещи оставленные вне номера на территории отеля они не несут. Не предложили никакой компенсации - хотя это отель 5 звёзд!! Вот такая история. В целом отель хороший, может быть на 5* не тянет, но твёрдая 4* понравился пляж, заход в море. Территория отеля современная и ухоженная, ремонт в номерах свежий и очень вкусно кормят в ресторане a la carte.

Klasse Hotel - wir kommen wieder !
Zimmer seeehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es wurde jeden Tag super ordentlich geputzt und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Wunderschöne Hotel Anlage. Trotz Einflugschneise kein Lärm. Top a la Card Restaurant und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Toller Strand und schöner Pool.

Resort elegante direttamente sulla spiaggia
La struttura, circondata da un giardino ben curato, si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia attrezzata. Ottima la colazione e la gentilezza del personale. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di ampio terrazzo. Per problemi di orario voli ci è stata offerta una shower room oltre l'orario del Checkout. La struttura è dotata di comodo parcheggio auto. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Hier 7 jaar geleden getrouwd
Het hotel is nog even top als 7 jaar geleden (toen 1 jaar geopend). Al het personeel doet hun uiterste best om je het aangenaam te maken. Wij hebben ons trouwfeest hier toen gegeven en wij zijn zoveel jaar later zo warm verwelkomd, ook al konden we spijtig genoeg omwille van werk- en vluchtschema’s slechts 1 nacht blijven. Mevr. Tritsary en haar staff zijn zo lieve mensen. Bedankt voor al jullie moeite. Wij gaan terug. Tip: neem een kamer met zeezicht en/of shared pool, je hebt er het mooiste zeezicht van heel Kos, richtibg vulkaaneiland Nisyros. Het eten in het restaurant aan het zwembad zijn sterren waard.

Angenehmer und komfortabler Kurzurlaub! Super schöne Pools, die sauber sind und auch für längere Schwimmeinlagen genutzt werden können. Wunderschöner Privatstrand, der kaum besucht war! Perfekter Service! Es gab sogar eine Gratismassage und einen Geburtstagskuchen aufs Haus! Frühstück war nicht ganz das Niveau, das wir erwartet hatten. Wenig frisches Obst und generell viel Fertigkost. Aber Service und Blick aufs Meer haben alles wett gemacht! Würden gerne wiederkommen!

Super Hotel, gerne wieder!
Der shared pool war sensationell! Das Personal super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Nähe zum Strand optimal. Mietauto wäre sinnvoll da sich Hotel auf kleinem Hügel befindet und das Dorf Kardamena zu weit weg ist um zu laufen. Bus ist aber auch vor dem Hotel. Alles top!

wir waren 5 Nächte im Helona Resort; der Check-In erfolgte sehr schnell durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, danach wurden wir mit unserem Gepäck per Golf-Wagen ins wirklich große und saubere Zimmer gebraucht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und wurde auch immer schnell nachgefüllt falls etwas leer wurde. Abendessen hätten wir für 22€ pro Person zus. Zubuchen, da wir nur Frühstück inkludiert hatten. Je nach Zimmerlage ist der Weg zum Strand ein kleiner Fußmarsch durch die schön angelegte aber auch sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der (Sand)Strand selbst ist OK, flach abfallendes Wasser und kaum Wellen, es sind auch ausreichend Liegen für die Hotelgäste vorhanden. In der Hauptsaison könnte es jedoch knapp werden. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ort, Shoppen etc. ist ohne Auto oder Bus eher nicht möglich. Parkplätze für Mietautos sind jedoch genug beim Hotel kostenlos verfügbar. Kleiner Hinweis am Rand: das Hotel liegt neben der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen, stört aber nicht wirklich

Swimming pools everywhere, direct access to a quiet beach, excellent food, rooms, service. Tennis courts. The staff were friendly. 5 minute drive into town if you have a car or €10 taxi. Great spa, ok gym. Regular live music some of which was really excellent. They know how to make a good cocktail too.

The place to come back again and again
Hotel is for those to relax from the bustle and everyday problems. We stayed here second time. Hotel's personnel do their best to make guests feel themselves carelessly. Everything is calm and tranquility. There are not so many children here, and no animation. No beach volleyball and aqua aerobics. Only food, beach, pool and warm sea! In the evening live music in the bar near reception and in fact no more entertainment. On the territory there is a small shop, a spa, two restorants and two bars. The main restaurant is big with a wide choice of food, everything is beautifully decorated however taste was disapointing (last year is was better). Friendly staff, wonderful beach and the sea! And as a matter of fact, what else is needed?! It was very pleasant to be recognized as the loyal guests and to receive nice compliment from the hotel for this loyalty. Rooms are clean, spacious and super comfortable with excellent sew view. The only thing that is not clear why the hotel saves on water treatment - in the restaurant you drink tea and coffee made on a salty water which is very much the same as a salty tap water there (although they say tap water is not drinkable)! If you have any unpleasant experience (we had one with a spa salon) the hotel management is able to work it out in respectful way and make an apology. We liked very much that this year besides Kardemena buses they had an additional public bus rout directly to Kos which was very convinient! Thank you all the team!!!

Nice Place to hang out and relax. Thumbs up!
This was our second stay there (formerly it was a Double Tree by Hilton) and everything turned out better then expected. Very friendly staff , clean , modern property, great food and a shared pool near the patio. Due to our loyalty we were invited for diner from Hotel GM which was very nice. We will be back.

We stayed in a superior shared pool room which was amazing !! Room 501 had the biggest pool which we stayed in highly recommend . Staff lovely , weather lovely but kardamena town really quiet and a bit run down . Town not within walking distance (taxi €10 each way or €1.80 on bus ) No entertainment in hotel so quite boring at night .

Amazing hotel, excellent location 5 minutes drive from Karkamanda, the hotel is close to a beautiful sea beach, the hotel staff is welcoming, excellent breakfast, I booked a room with an adjacent pool and it was very good for children. I plan to return to the hotel next year as well.

Resort elegante a due passi dal mare
Resort molto accogliente, giradini ben curati, ampie stanze, pulito. Spiaggia ben attrezzata e tra le migliori di Kardamena; per gli sport acquatici bisogna far riferimento al villaggio adiacente. Per poter girare l'isola abbiamo usufruito solo della colazione che si è rivelata molto varia e di qualità. Il personale disponibile anche quando ci è stata data l'opportunità di mantenere la camera oltre l'orario consentito. Wi-Fi da migliorare. La struttura dista pochi chilometri dal centro di Kardamena, per chi non fosse automunito esistono diversi collegamenti con bus appena sotto la reception. Consiglio l'hotel a tutti.

A wonderful week
I stayed here with my boyfriend w/c 26th June for a week, the whole week was faultless, from checking in right through to checking out. We stayed in a double deluxe room in the quiet part of the hotel (Room 206) it was spacious, clean and bright, we had our towels changed and room cleaned everyday. Thank you to the cleaners/maids. We chose to stay B&B, morning breakfast from 7am - 10am was in the main resturuant with some fantastic views, if you wanted to sit on the terrace then yes you may needed to wait a while for a table but this was never a long wait, there were more than enough tables/space inside which was fully air con'd, breakfast was good, had ample selection and catered for everyone, food was replenished quickly and as often as needed. The only negative I have is that the hot food was never hot enough, luke warm, by the time you got back to your table, it was pretty much cold. We chose to try the food in the main resturuant on our first evening at a cost of 22EUR pp, this was a buffett style and again had ample selection but was luke warm/verging on cold. For the rest of our stay, we went into Kardemena town for dinner, there is a local bus stop at the bottom of the road and at a cost of 1.80EUR each way can get you there in 10-15 mins.. Good tip if you want to save the 10EUR each way in a taxi Kardemena town is lovely, small, beautiful and quaint, lots of tiny family run shops for presents, local bars and plenty of fantastic resturuants, we tried somewhere

Wunderschönes Hotel
Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Helona Resort. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und modern, selbst das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, in welchem sich sowohl eine Dusche, als auch eine Badewanne(ndusche) befand. Unser Zimmer war Eines inklusive "Shared Pool", dessen Zusatzbuchung sehr zu empfehlen ist. Man kann wunderbar auf der eigenen Terrasse liegen und kann von dort direkt in den Pool. Auch mit den Nachbarn kam man sich hier nie in die Quere, durch die Abtrennung zwischen den Terrassen sieht und hört man sich kaum. Das Personal war die gesamte Zeit überaus freundlich und lies keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Auch das Essen war gut (dem südländischen Standard entsprechend). Zum Frühstück gab es Süßes (Muffins, Kuchen, Pancakes etc.), viel Obst, Brot und Herzhaftes. Auf einen Tisch im Außenbereich mussten wir nie warten (allerdings sollte man besser auch nicht erst um kurz vor 10, also kurz vor Ende des Frühstücks kommen, da es dann voller wird und die Außentische fast alle belegt sind). Das Hotel verfügt auch über 2 Tennisplätze (Schläger und Bälle können an der Rezeption geliehen werden) und einen modernen Fitnessbereich. Mittags kann man gut eine Kleinigkeit an der Strandbar essen (Baguettes, Salate, Pommes). Allerdings ist die Buchung eines Mietwagens sehr zu empfehlen, da das Hotel schon recht abgelegen ist und man mit dem Auto ca. 10-13 Minuten in den nächsten Ort fährt (grade wenn man kein Abendessen im Hotel gebucht hat). Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Tolles essen, jede Mahlzeit! Der Strand ist aus Sand, jedoch krabbeln da ganz schön viele Tiere rum ( Ameisen, Würmer) falls der eine oder andere damit ein Problem haben sollte. Das Hotel ist zwar toll, jedoch liegt es nicht zentral oder zeitnah an einer nächst größeren Stadt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ohne auto oder Taxi ist recht schwer

Beautiful Stay - Friendliest staff!
We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks for my mother's 80th birthday celebration. It was wonderful! I had been to the hotel 4 years earlier. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful, modest, kind, and friendly. The help and respect that they showed my mother, especially Yiannis, Fotis, Stavros, and forgive me for not remembering all the drivers names but they were all wonderful to us. Also in the spa, Ivanna was amazing and the front desk especially Maria, Jionnas, and quality manager Maria as well. Anything we needed, they were there. The cleaning staff also, really good to us. Always clean towels, friendly, helpful, as well as the pool staff, and Ercay. The dinner staff as well, both in a la Carte and at the buffet, were exceptionally lovely to my mother. I couldn't have asked for more. Now, Because I love the hotel so much and want to come back, I want to suggest some improvements. Private pool villa: Room notes: Private pool not so private!! Open to main area and trees not so think in corner (children came onto our patio one day and tried to come inside.) The wall by pool also has 3 squares cut into it. If you want to sunbathe nude in privacy, you cannot. In the villa, it would be great to have a larger size refrigerator, in kitchen. It is very much needed. There were too many small ants. Patio curtains make TERRIBLE screeching noise in the wind!! Washing machine, dishwashing soap, a wall clock, door stopper missing... small details but would be great!

Stayed only for 5 days but looking back at it, we should have stayed longer. Overall a really good place to enjoy a relaxed and elegant holiday
