Hello Keith, Did you mention your concerns to Management? There is a sign at the Front Desk explaining that we no longer do daily housekeeping for stayovers -- except upon request. We would have cleaned your room if you had asked, and actually, this is now the policy of all the big hotel chains in the country. Do a Google search. It started during Covid when guests wanted to avoid any contact with outsiders and did not want our housekeepers coming into their rooms. That has continued. Most guests prefer to take care of their own rooms on stayovers, but we are always happy to help you where we can. Lastly, I hope you will do some research on rates in Great Falls; you will see that The Great Falls Inn offers one of lowest rates and the best value in town. Thank you.

Hello Pam, Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry your experience was not up to expectations. Let me address the WIFI first. We have a robust WIFI that averages slightly less than 100 mb per second. Sometimes a guest needs help in connecting, which we are happy to provide, or less often, our wireless access points (WAPs) need to be refreshed. But we have 8 WAPs, two on each floor, and if one WAP is not producing an optimal signal, your computer will usually grab another one -- either at the other end of the hall or from another floor. Our Desk Staff reports that you did not seek assistance from them in connecting, or let them know there might be a problem with our system, and we had no other guest complaints about the WIFI system during the three days you were here. As to being understaffed, anyone who has not been living under a rock knows that the biggest challenge for a business today is finding people who want to work. We are proud of our staff at The Great Falls Inn by Riversage, most of whom have been with us a long time. They cheerfully come to work every day so your room will be clean and fresh, the property will look good, the coffee will taste good 24/7, your morning breakfast buffet will be hot and tasty -- and here is the best part -- so they can take care of any problems encountered by guests and do anything within their powers to make you more comfortable. We work hard to give every traveler a great guest experience, and we offer the best value for the dollar in Great Falls. In spite of our efforts, we do not always succeed, But you have to let us know if there is a problem. Given a chance to fix something, we almost always can make it right for you. Please come back, give us another try, and let us know how we can earn 5 Stars from you. Thank you.

Does that mean you liked the price, or you thought it was too high? We monitor room rates in the area with great care, and I can assure you that the rate you paid is a great value, comparatively speaking.
