Very fun stay we traveled there for my two year olds birthday weekend so she could have fun at the pool and slide! The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean and accommodating and the breakfast was great! My daughter enjoyed the hippo slide she was too little to enjoy the big slide.

Bad experience our didn't look clean one of the beds was not done and the response we got that housekeeping was not available. We were not able to sleep due to the massive noiae coming from thw room above. Definitely not going back.

We booked this property because we were traveling with our kiddos and they had a water slide... Nowhere did it say it was only open on weekends... Disappointed kids... Over priced hotel... Breakfast was good though and staff was nice... Just disappointed in the no slide access

Property was great. EXPEDIA does not clarify that the water slide is only open on weekends. The hotel staff said they’ve been asking Expedia to update their listing for some time. My last three reservations with Expedia have been terrible experiences and their customer service should be working at McDonald’s

Staff was excellent. the roachs and cleanliness of the room not very inviting. There for three nights finally got different room on third night. Did get credit for one night.

The only thing I don’t love is it can get loud. But that’s more an issue with inconsiderate guests not really under the control of the employees themselves. So five stars all around, they’ve been helpful and kind each time I’ve stayed and my room has been clean.

The pool and spa were closed. We chose this property in a large part for the pool and spa. It would have been nice to know before we booked.

We made the trip to check out Great Falls and selected this hotel based on the water slide. No where on Expedia does it say the slide is closed M-Th. We were saddened by this and the only consolidation was that “sorry- they’re limited on how much information they can post on Expedia”. It’s a newer hotel so the rooms are large and the spaces adequate. But it’s already kind of dirty. Stains in carpets and curtains. Slime and sludge in the pools. No need to come back. We didn’t have that great of a time. We came back home to Canada and stayed a second night to make it up to the kids.

The tvs in both the rooms I paid for were not working they said they were switching providers but did not let me know this at the time of booking the room. When I called to request and ground floor room, they did not mention the tv situation

We chose this hotel for the pool. The hot tub and pool appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time, with brown sludge around the sides and the water looking murky. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean, but the pool area was awful. We did love the breakfast staff- they were so friendly and helpful.

The property is updated and visually appealing. It has an indoor water slide. Those are the pros. Cons: twice the cost of similar properties. No microwave or refrigerator, water slide not Open yet high price not lowered, littke hot water for shower in morning, Dove soap Products, when arrived no one at desk- sign says help Yourself to cookies/coffee or tea while wait. No sign of cookies, no Hot water in lobby for tea, no newspaper, trash found under the bed- not thoroughly cleaned from previous person staying there. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

My bed was full of ants very disappointed with the staff. No one was concerned ! My 5 year old was terrified! Really upset! I was hoping some Would check on us but no!
