We couldn't get the breakfast as it was promised. Breakfast stuff was finished before time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to someone who is considering free breakfast.

I felt bad for the staff, they were scrambling because the card maker for the doors got fried in a power surge. They were very busy letting visitors into their rooms which made them frazzled at times. The room was clean I was disappointed with coffee and a packet if oatmeal and a packaged muffin. This is not what I consider a continental breakfast.

This has been a horrible experience. We got to our room and there are NO plates, silverware, pots, pans, mugs, coffeemaker NOTHING! I went down to the front desk after check in and they gave me a tub with two plates, two mugs, two plastic cups and a silverware tray. I opened it after we got back from dinner and the silverware was filthy! I took pictures of it and will be posting it on Google Reviews as well as here. I took the tub of filthiness back to the front desk and was offered a very lame apology....oh and a coffee maker...but I wouldn't use any kitchen items in this place. Also, once the perfume-y fragrance they must spray in the room wore off, it is clear that people have smoked in this room. SO NOT WORTH IT! I should have paid a little more to stay at a DECENT place. Wish I could get a refund and I haven't even slept in the room yet!

Not so Great Falls
Toilet paper and facial tissue are as thin as it gets. "Free Breakfast" is weak coffee and a bad muffin. Not much hot water. K-Mart special towels. Then staff was nice but feel that we got less than we paid.

The hotel was clean and a decent and cheap place to stay. The only downfall was that we made reservations over a month ago and when we got there they only had 3 rooms left on the top floor and their elevator didn’t work. Other than that nice place to stay.

We stayed 11 nights and the elevator was out of order the whole time and the first floor was full. The staff were apologetic but no repairman ever came.

Worst extended stay I’ve ever seen
Went to check in and they didn’t have any rooms cleaned to be rented and the front desk lady was extremely rude the elevator was broken the vending machines were almost empty and you couldn’t walk out the door of the room they gave me without smelling weed there was what locked like someone threw a soda on the ceiling and it had been there for a long time and I had to wait an hour and a half to get my room even though I had booked in advance and the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even get a nights rest I will not ever be rent a room from this extended stay ever again

Let me start by saying every staff member was wonderful, especially Jose and Missy! I specifically booked this hotel b/c it advertised free breakfast and it had a kitchenette. A muffin and coffee is not breakfast. I was staying for 3 nights. My first room was clean but had a very weird not clean looking shower and there were cigarette burn stains on the bathroom counter. The countertop in the kitchenette were falling off in places and left hanging there and the countertop was stained. Jose graciously gave me another room. This one was much better aside from the heater fan in the second room was extremely loud. I made due and was fine with it for fear of changing rooms again and getting a room like the first one. I liked it had a table and chairs so my son and I could eat and play games in the room. The chairs were disgustingly stained so we covered them with towels, it was fine. My only real complaint, I don’t want to be that person (and yes I am fun at parties) but the smell of pot every night right outside my room was ridiculous. It is supposed to be a non-smoking property. Pot is legal in Montana so I just wish people would take it outside. Very on the fence if I will stay again next time I am in town.

What hospitality?
After checking me in the clerk informed me that the elevator was broken. Not wanting to go through the hassle of obtaining a refund and going elsewhere I struggled up the stairs with my heavy suitcase. The tv had no signal but the bathroom worked so I survived.
