We stayed at this hotel a number of years ago and it was great, however this time we arrived to a room with a very dirty bathroom, which still had hair and dirt all over the floor and the toilet from the last guests. The staff was super unfriendly and unprofessional - nobody wore uniforms and didn't seem like they were trained to work the front desk. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe as well. Will not stay here again.

Excellent stay. Quick check in service and very pleasant staff. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is large enough, we had a large walk in shower and raised toilet. Area is quiet at night. Full breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee. Another consistent stay at a comfort inn.

The room we stayed in had just been renovated. There was paint residue and drywall dust everywhere. I mentioned to the front staff twice what I had experienced as far as cleanliness and the room not being ready for rental. The toilet seat on the top and under the seat was also dirty.

Very nice staff—even have lemon ice water up front for guests. Breakfast was hardy and the lovely lady that made it for us was very kind. Beds were a little firmer than some other motels, which I liked. Even though remodeling was happening it ended in the afternoon when guests were in their rooms.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. My daughter was not feeling well and we had a dart tournament to play and they allowed a late check out so she could rest in the room no questions! Definitely recommend

Property was ok, carpets were dirty in hallway and in the room. Pools of water in elevator from people swimming and using the elevator. Didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. Other than that, we felt safe and hotel was central to the shopping we wanted to do.

What a mess!
We stayed three nights in two different rooms. Pros: The front desk staff was friendly. The beds were alright. Decor and local pictures were a nice touch in the room. The water in the showers were hot. Cons: Filthy bathroom! Urine on the seat, hair in the bed and bathroom, hair dye on the wall (which at first we thought was blood), huge stains on the carpet in different colors, odd smells, a sheet sectioning off hall beside our room, construction in the main halls (including nails on the floor) construction dust on every surface inside the rooms. Construction tools and trash stayed in the hall for three days and it looked like an abandoned hotel instead of a working one. The noise from the street and neighbors was very loud in the first floor rooms. The breakfast was inconsistent at best. Waffle batter was good one morning and then way too thin the next. Biscuits and sausage one morning and none the next.

Very clean. They are in the process up remodeling but still clean. Breakfast was pretty much empty by 8 and I did not see anyone restock while I was there but I hope they did. Breakfast selection was very good.
